Cons Sometimes I try to select only a part of the paragraph and generally the application selects me the whole paragraph. And the web-based access makes it very simple to use. No installation requirement is a huge bonus for casual users. There's also a monthly rate available, which is great for people who need it short-term. Cons I have yet to find something about this software tool that I don't like. Reordering notes was trickier than I assumed it would be.
