There are several odd things like when you go to upload an external transcript, the button states "multiple" and not single so you have to drag and drop versus opening a browser to connect to a file.

Overall: The Training is covering most training . But it is important to have updated courses so that employees are engaged. Video courses would be a plus.

Overall: MedTrainer has saved me time and money because I am the administrator of a small ASC. I am on the one responsible for conducting education/training sessions. My time was being used to plan, teach and coordinate mandatory education. MedTrainer has freed my valuable time to be used on more higher level functions at our facility. My account executive, (Sensitive Content Hidden), has been great to work with.
Pros: 1. Course Selection related to required education in healthcare; 2. ease of use to assign courses and multiples courses to staff; 3. report section
Cons: If I must say something, I would like to see more courses geared towards leadership development. Maybe some financial courses.
