I've never seen anything work so well at seamlessly stitching together data from multiple sources into outstanding reports and visuals. Hooked up to Azure or an SQL Analysis Services back-end, it's ridiculously fast. We are currently providing sales analysis reports for a large fast-food chain and have no issues running ticket-level detail reports over months or years of data for thousands of restaurants at once. It's especially intuitive too and much easier to use than Tableau. I also love that the Power BI team puts out updates every month and walks through the updates in easy-to-follow videos on YouTube. Just an overall great tool that really helps make data easier to absorb by humans. Cons Because they take an iterative approach to managing the tool, it sometimes lacks features that one would consider 'basic'. Usually it's not that the team hasn't thought about it, it's just that they haven't gotten around to putting it in yet. These moments are few and far between though.
