It allowed me to connect multiple data sources and add in relationships between tables so I could have multiple different ways of looking at complex data sets. I've been using Power BI for over 3 years and am an avid user of it. After demo-ing the product it my organisation, it became the primary software for visualisation replication Google Data Studio. There are very helpful forums and videos everywhere that assist with all tasks but the main aspect that i love is the integration into GA4 and adobe analytics! Pros Incredibly easy to use, has fantastic integrations with a wide range of products and the web portal makes it incredibly easy to access for both staff and clients. Highly recommend Cons The main issue i would say is speed of the desktop app, it's very slow and can cause your laptop to use the majority of CPU to run it. Switched from [Google Data Studio](https://www.capterra.com/p/190616/Data-Studio/) Overall GDS didn't offer the insights and user friendliness that we needed. Pros You can pretty much make any kind of report as long as the data exists. Cons Difficult to get started and very overwhelming if you do not have any resources to help with. I personally prefer to Tableau because there is just more learning information about it online. You can learn basic and beginner information online via youtube or even tik tok. However for more advance features its probably best to go the Microsoft word page online. The implementation of copilot, is also a plus. The AI does half the work when it comes to summarization. However, you still need to go over it to ensure it is reporting accurately. Pros I enjoy the entire Power BI ecosystem with the implementation of Services and Automate. It also integrates with other microsoft products like Excel and Sharepoint. Cons One thing that I am not a fan of in terms of this product is the need for a work or school email to use the services portion of the product.
