"You can Learn a lot from Visitor Queue"

**Overall:** Theres a lot of things that you can learn about your prospects from Visitor Queue. Theres also a lot you can learn about your website and your customers journey. The team has been friendly, responsive and helpful.

**Pros:** \- Most of the ppc campaigns, such as Google Ads, show the keyword. - You're able to see all the bots and bad traffic that are visiting your site, and causing you a lot of expensive, worthless clicks... this may sound like a negative, but it's valuable info that affects your budget and analytics. -It integrates with HubSpot, so it's quick to look up our history with a prospect and see that a cold lead is back on our website. -It's a very simplified platform to check out a customers journey on your website, starting with how they found you, their page path, and the time spent on each page.

**Cons:** The pricing model. We started on one of the lower tiers but very quickly had to triple our spend. I mentioned the bots above; there's hundreds of them. That's why we started with the "300 unique companies" plan, and now, a few months later, we're on the "1000 companies" plan (and we still don't see all our monthly visitors). Most of those companies that we do see are bots and with the limited companies, if 700 visits a month are from bots, that's 700 real prospects that you can't see, because the bots ate up the budget.
