Pros Information flow is an integral part of any software product, but it is significant when working with supply-chain and logistics. ShipThis understands the general procedure of moving goods from A to B, with everything in between and has developed their product to logically flow with cargo movements. The adaptability and admin controlled flexibility of the system allows us to easily tweak and tailer processes to fit exactly with our intricate requirements. Cons Further development of the customer portal is being worked on to allow more control by the customers in regards to their bookings - the way shipping lines are moving towards customer lead booking procedures. We are looking forward to this being implemented. Pros We love being able to notify our customers of the location of their packages every step of the way. Cons We are very happy with the software however, our experience would be elevated if the search option in the Warehouse Receipt Menu would allow us to type one word and all warehouse receipts containing that word would display. Currently, they have a support office in India, so due to timezones, they take a bit longer to respond to emails. Overall, it has been wonderful, highly recommend shipthis.
