With proper tech support and corresponding with the rightly configured hardware, it would the simplest DM solution in the market. However, Engineering data management to complement proper PLM still lacks and PULZ could holistically look into this as future enhancements. As far as a DM solution which covers a PDCA cycle, PULZ conforms to the requirement quite well. Pros It is SharePoint based, hence the GUIs are extremely familiar with relation to other Microsoft Products which keeps the standard features extremely user friendly. Cons While PULZ is a customized SharePoint platform, the lags and limitations are still there but can be improved as it progresses. Again, it's not the system but the processes. Limit the customization and increase user efficiency. Product improvement is a collective effort. Reasons for choosing PULZ Document Control System Simplicity, User friendly GUIs and ease of deployment are the 3 main criteria.
