The events were easy to setup, track and manage using this software. Cons We were pleased with our free trial of the EventSmart. However, most of the useful features were not available once the trial expired. We don't have a need for year-round use of the software, so it was not cost-effective to continue our subscription. There are other solutions available that offer advanced features for less money. Alternatives considered [Eventbrite](https://www.capterra.com/p/114949/Eventbrite/) Reasons for choosing Event Smart EventSmart seemed to be a better fit for our free events.
