Pros: Hard to say, it has not solved problems for me and has cost me time rather saved it.

Cons: The interface is not intuitive at all, for example the button to save you work is in entirely different places depending on what screen you are in. iPad app is not functional for posting new content. What you see on your computer is not necessarily what you see on your sign. Very few options for customizing display.

Overall: There is zero communication from customer service about issues they are having or changes they make. Programming upgrades for the most expensive packages have a negative effect on less expensive functionality and take away features. I would not recommend this platform, and have said so to the installer we purchased it from.

Pros: The software is easy and intuitive. Good interface.

Cons: Can only create groups of signs that are the same size, cannot create groups with different size signs. The calendar is a little tricky and not as easy as others I have used.

Overall: The support staff is great, but when they shifted from Cirrus to Screen Hub, they now make the customer leave a message for a call back and sometimes it's days. When screen hub took over the support response has gotten a lot worse. The support staff is still great though when they get to you.
