May 20, 2021 4.0 This software is a cost effective solution for event registration and management. RSVPify is simple and can be used in a very simple and effective way. That apparent simplicity belies its potential for much more sophisticated event management. Pros We selected the product because it allowed us to upload a guest list, limit registrations to the guest list, and had an e-checkin/ticket capability using QR codes. We used the software for 11 events, ranging from 20-380 attendees, and it worked just as well for all of them. Cons Having a dedicated app that could be used for scanning the QR codes and checking people in would be a much better solution than a combination of mobile device camera/QR reader and web browser. The delivered solution requires using two pieces of software and on an iPad open a browser tab for each checkin. After a while tabs need to be manually closed. Additionally, the option to automatically check in people when the code is scanned would have sped things up. In the current implementation you scan the code and then have to manually check the person in. I was in a rush and they were able to tell me exactly where to go and setup everything exactly as we needed it. Pros Their Support is AMAZING. We were working with another platform which wound up being a waste of 2 weeks and by the time we switch to RSVPIFY we were less than 2 weeks away to set it up and assign everyone their tickets. It would not have been possible with out supports quick answers to our questions. We needed an affordable option so the fact that we could pay for 1-month for this one off event was a huge selling point over the yearly contracts others offered. Cons Learning curve on what constitutes a "RSVP" - I did have a whoopsie between the testing event and the live event where I did not factor in that deleting a reservation and adding the same reservation back in would count as 2 separate tickets so keep that in mind. It is better to edit than to delete and re-import. Luckily Support walked me through how to fix it before the event. My event was much more organized and able to manage. Pros I love everything about RSVPify! It was very easy to setup and get my event created. The ticketing setup helped my event keep track of all reservations. Cons There is not anything that I liked least about RSVPify. I look forward to using it for future events. August 28, 2026 3.0 Helpful to manage a complicated event - but wouldn't have managed it without the good customer support. Pros Customer support is good. Responsive, helpful and, most of the time, prompt. Reasonable value for money. Cons Once I had got used to the website I found it reasonably straightforward to use. It wasn't as intuitive as it could have been with slightly different processes in different parts of the event site. A bit of a learning curve - but worked well in the end. It does what we need and for the right price point. Like that we are able to import attendees too. Pros Very user friendly with quick support when needed. Easy for attendees to register. We mainly use it for event registration and love that it added registrants in real time, this allows the last minute registrants the same easy check in process. Great value for your money. Cons Our event is a week long and we only make attendees register once so I have to reset the check-in status each day, that's fine, but we also add tags when people check in that we use for internal purpose and I have to manually remove those tags after the check-in status has been reset. Easy for our attendees to navigate. Simple to process payments. Everything is here - including great support when we have questions! Cons The only thing we wish we could have, is to collect cellphone numbers when people register. Emails are fine. Having an additional way to contact our classmates would be helpful. (There may be some privacy issues here, so we understand if it can't be included). Cons What I like least about RSVPify is the cost. It's not very cost effective and can get expensive fairly quickly. I have never used it before, and it was great that the builder was very intuitive and had all the options I wanted. I only had one issue, but when the error occurred, it had information on how to fix it, so overall I think it is a good software, even though a bit pricy. Pros Easy to use, nicely working builder for the forms and the overall look of the invitation, very intuitive to use, even if you have never used anything like that before. Cons The builder could have more options, but you can still do a lot with the options you have. I have used the paid version because the free version didn't have all the options I wanted. I found the tool invaluable for our event planning. Cons I really don't have any complaints. It was intuitive and built for purpose. I achieve all of my objectives using RSVPify. Reason for choosing RSVPify I chose RSVPify as it seemed simple and straightforward. The UI is intuitive, the functions are great, it doesn't take long to setup events. All in all, its a fantastic software and I highly recommend it for everyone. Pros I like the default option for choosing different options like meal options without needing any extra things. I experienced that with other event booking software, we have to go around doing some tricks to achieve it but it's available by default on RSVPify - which makes a lot of sense. Also, I like how interesting the designs available are. Other event booking software looks very boring when compared to RSVPfiy. The ability to choose from amazing designs and options like meal preferences is superb for me. Cons I wish it was more affordable. It helps eliminate a ton of extra emails in my inbox when we are using it as all communications can be handled within. Pros Software is very user friendly and seems to be more customizable the higher the plan tier you go with. Cons This is geared more toward large-scale events. We hold small to mid-size events at least a few times a year. Another level of package to accommodate those of us in this realm would be awesome! If the RSVP limit could be bumped up to about 250...or better yet, maybe a once per year limit of 500, once at 250 and the rest at 100 or less. With potentially more features available for the 250 limit and the most available for the 500 limit. Yes, I think that would be ideal and potentially open up a whole new market for you. It seemed to be the perfect fir for what we needed. The fees seemed to be low and the ease of set seemed to be good for a novice. We found all that to be true. We only wished, that the STRIPE fee had been disclosed before we did all the work. We had to detect several statements about a low 1.9% fee and add the STRIPE fees. Class mates still found to be cheaper, but, we believe in being factual and transparent. That was the only problem we found. I also want to state that this was done for a Class Reunion Committee, not an organization. I had to choose Educational Mgmt and I had to put a number, so that info is not totally correct. We are a college reunion class committee that used this product. Please remember it is not always companies with employees who use this product. Pros First and foremost, the customer service was top notch. I worked with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] mostly, and they were always very helpful and professional. Secondly, the ease of adding our information, editing, customizing and the dashboard. It was a great experience fir our committee. Cons We did not like that reports did not work well from cell phones. Also, we wished that we were able to easily filter and create reports from the program and not have to do exports each time. Pros The ability to manage attendees, gather necessary information from attendees during at the RSVP and easily communicate with guests ahead of the event were key for us. Cons Our event maxed out and we needed to pay for RSVPify. This happened after normal business hours and we luckily saw the email in order to fix it in a timely manner. I wish having a warnings at more benchmarks informing the team we were nearing our limit of attendees would have increased our chances to have fixed it before we maxed out on attendees. Thankfully it wasnt a major issue for us, but would love to see that moving forward. This was a great power version of an Evite, EventBrite, but all rolled up in one. Cons I could not afford in my educational non-profit the fees to manage specific fields for a one-time free event. " March 9, 2020 5.0 RSVPify helped us have our greatest company Holiday celebration yet! Now that all communication and event invites are digital, RSVPify integrated so nicely into that which helped make our event successful. We were able to include a link to our RSVPify in our email invites to guests that allowed them to smoothly follow the link and let us know if they were joining us. After receiving guest responses, I was even more impressed with how RSVPify tracks all responses and the event guest list. This allowed us to easily print it off on the day of the event and use for check in. Pros My most favorite aspect of RSVPify was how incredibly simple it integrated into our existing email invitations and how user friendly the online interface is. Yes, there were some points here or there that I thought "Maybe this could be moved" or "This could come first before that," but overall those items were so insignificant. Cons The largest con I experienced in the software, was the limitations of each plan. Each RSVPify membership allows for a particular allotment of responses per event that can be tracked. We used the Silver membership and we had a guest list of 200 which was the maximum tracking you could have for Silver which seems a little low. That was basically the largest con in our experience.
