May 20, 2021 4.0 This software is a cost effective solution for event registration and management. RSVPify is simple and can be used in a very simple and effective way. That apparent simplicity belies its potential for much more sophisticated event management. Pros We selected the product because it allowed us to upload a guest list, limit registrations to the guest list, and had an e-checkin/ticket capability using QR codes. We used the software for 11 events, ranging from 20-380 attendees, and it worked just as well for all of them. Cons Having a dedicated app that could be used for scanning the QR codes and checking people in would be a much better solution than a combination of mobile device camera/QR reader and web browser. The delivered solution requires using two pieces of software and on an iPad open a browser tab for each checkin. After a while tabs need to be manually closed. Additionally, the option to automatically check in people when the code is scanned would have sped things up. In the current implementation you scan the code and then have to manually check the person in. Pros We really liked that this product felt like an invitation instead of an event sign-up form. The event information was on a separate page from the RSVP and allowed for integration with photos, maps etc. Cons The software is limited in its overall capabilities. For example, there is only one email template so you can't send different emails to different types of RSVPs. You are also limited in the number of events in the system period. Managing guest lists is simplified, saving time to focus on other aspects of the event. Pros Overall event management, including handling the reservation process, is made much easier with the help of RSVPify. The program is intuitive relatively simple to figure out, and anyone can create a decent looking invitation. QR code check-ins are a great add. I also like having the automated email reminders when it’s getting closer to the event. Cons The more advanced features are locked, which is slightly annoying, and sometimes it’s tricky to keep track of multiple events at the same time. (Old ones should be deleted.) Each completed product looks very professional, with clear layout and attractive artwork. My members have praised this new format. Pros What I like most about this software is the ease of all age groups to open the invitation and navigate to each section and fill in responses. It continuously guides the user to each section. Not a single respondant had difficulty using the software, and the average age of the group is around 70-72. Cons When I generated a new invitation I had some difficulty sending it because it wasn’t clear how to cancel the previous invitation. However, the virtual assistant quickly relayed step by step instructions on how to clear the previous document, and I was successful. Before RSVPify we were individually composing a monthly invitation, adding our own art and emailing it to the group, which consists of around 40 members. It was time consuming. I have never used it before, and it was great that the builder was very intuitive and had all the options I wanted. I only had one issue, but when the error occurred, it had information on how to fix it, so overall I think it is a good software, even though a bit pricy. Pros Easy to use, nicely working builder for the forms and the overall look of the invitation, very intuitive to use, even if you have never used anything like that before. Cons The builder could have more options, but you can still do a lot with the options you have. I have used the paid version because the free version didn't have all the options I wanted. Pros I liked how easy it was to make an online invitation for events so guests can RSVP and it was all in one space so there wasn't any confusion on who on the guest list was actually coming to the event. Cons RSVPify seems like it would be a cheaper service to use, but overall it wasn't too bad of a price when you have a large event to plan, especially when the invites are sent out well in advance. The UI is intuitive, the functions are great, it doesn't take long to setup events. All in all, its a fantastic software and I highly recommend it for everyone. Pros I like the default option for choosing different options like meal options without needing any extra things. I experienced that with other event booking software, we have to go around doing some tricks to achieve it but it's available by default on RSVPify - which makes a lot of sense. Also, I like how interesting the designs available are. Other event booking software looks very boring when compared to RSVPfiy. The ability to choose from amazing designs and options like meal preferences is superb for me. Cons I wish it was more affordable. Pros When I was planning a women's fellowship, I came across RSVPify. I was so excited! I was able to design and create a flyer for the event and publish it so that people could start rsvping. Pros The ease of using the application, from uploading the list, to the ability to customize the invitation. I also liked the feature of sending out reminder emails and having those customized. Cons I would like to see more options for dinner invitations from a business perspective. A few of the invites did go to spam. Guests are able to purchase tickets and receive all they need for the event in terms if info of location, what the event is about, who will be present, donations, customizable conditions are also included. Cons I cant really find any cons. I believe it checks all the boxes for my needs in terms of event management. A cool feature request would be adding live streaming of events to the platform. Pros The ability to manage attendees, gather necessary information from attendees during at the RSVP and easily communicate with guests ahead of the event were key for us. Cons Our event maxed out and we needed to pay for RSVPify. This happened after normal business hours and we luckily saw the email in order to fix it in a timely manner. I wish having a warnings at more benchmarks informing the team we were nearing our limit of attendees would have increased our chances to have fixed it before we maxed out on attendees. Thankfully it wasnt a major issue for us, but would love to see that moving forward. " March 9, 2020 5.0 RSVPify helped us have our greatest company Holiday celebration yet! Now that all communication and event invites are digital, RSVPify integrated so nicely into that which helped make our event successful. We were able to include a link to our RSVPify in our email invites to guests that allowed them to smoothly follow the link and let us know if they were joining us. After receiving guest responses, I was even more impressed with how RSVPify tracks all responses and the event guest list. This allowed us to easily print it off on the day of the event and use for check in. Pros My most favorite aspect of RSVPify was how incredibly simple it integrated into our existing email invitations and how user friendly the online interface is. Yes, there were some points here or there that I thought "Maybe this could be moved" or "This could come first before that," but overall those items were so insignificant. Cons The largest con I experienced in the software, was the limitations of each plan. Each RSVPify membership allows for a particular allotment of responses per event that can be tracked. We used the Silver membership and we had a guest list of 200 which was the maximum tracking you could have for Silver which seems a little low. That was basically the largest con in our experience. Reason for choosing RSVPify From my research before committing, RSVPify showed to have greater abilities to track and maintain invitees, rsvp's, our guest list. Review Source JL Joseph L. The dashboard is a nice touch for a quick view of guest count and menu selections. Overall very helpful in managing the event! Cons I don't have anything negative to say about the software. Price was maybe a little more than I wanted to pay per month, that's the only thing I liked least about using RSVPify. It would be nice to see an option to use the service for a smaller amount of time at a set discounted price.
