It also allowed me to customize and create a cute initial and informative page to provide further details about the event for any interested party that scanned the QR code. Cons I did not like that it did not inform you that there is a maximum of 100 sign ups allowed when you use the website for free. I initially thought the whole process was free but once we got to 100 signups, it informed us that the max had been hit and no one could get access to the link anymore. It was easy to use, they have superior customer service and were affordable. Also, because of RSVPify I was able to save several thousands of dollars on RSVP cards for my event which translated in great employee gifts and a huge savings to for my organization. RSVPify is a TIMESAVER, GAMECHANGER and MONEY SAVER!! Pros This software was extremely easy to use! I like the instructional videos and that when I needed hands on help, Rep set up a conference call and was quickly able to show me how to improve my RSVP. I also liked that is was affordable so it was not difficult for me to get approval from my leadership team. Cons The one thing I did not like about the software is it did not come with a number that I could just call to get help. " March 9, 2020 5.0 RSVPify helped us have our greatest company Holiday celebration yet! Now that all communication and event invites are digital, RSVPify integrated so nicely into that which helped make our event successful. We were able to include a link to our RSVPify in our email invites to guests that allowed them to smoothly follow the link and let us know if they were joining us. After receiving guest responses, I was even more impressed with how RSVPify tracks all responses and the event guest list. This allowed us to easily print it off on the day of the event and use for check in. Pros My most favorite aspect of RSVPify was how incredibly simple it integrated into our existing email invitations and how user friendly the online interface is. Yes, there were some points here or there that I thought "Maybe this could be moved" or "This could come first before that," but overall those items were so insignificant. Cons The largest con I experienced in the software, was the limitations of each plan. Each RSVPify membership allows for a particular allotment of responses per event that can be tracked. We used the Silver membership and we had a guest list of 200 which was the maximum tracking you could have for Silver which seems a little low. That was basically the largest con in our experience. Reason for choosing RSVPify From my research before committing, RSVPify showed to have greater abilities to track and maintain invitees, rsvp's, our guest list. Review Source MC McKenzie C. I will definitely use this in the future and suggest it to friends. Pros RVSPify provides an amazing platform for managing RSVPs for any type of event! I especially liked the ability to have our guests choose their meal selection in the RSVP. The reporting is Amazing and made it super easy to get the information I needed to our venue event planner. On top of all of this they offer a seating chart tool which made making out seating chart super efficient. I did not like anything about this software. Cons Too complex, not enough/very few templates, way too time-consuming for generic event planning. Customizable to a fault (not enough templates to use for quick completion of a project). No free trial offered. Poor marketing of plans--especially after researching and seeing reviews--definitely not worth the money. Go with a website that actually has a free trial, a website that is simpler to navigate, and a customer service department that is direct and actually willing to hear you out and assist. Biggest waste of time and money. Would not suggest to anyone. I use services like this often and I am fairly computer savvy (or can work with something until I figure it out), but I would never use this website again. I needed to offer updated instructions for continuing education credits being offered and the features made this a simple thing to do. Overall a great experience and I would use this service again if I were to plan another large county-wide event. Pros This program is very easy to use. You can make changes and easily see how it will function on a test version before you publish it live. sending invites creating QR codes and links to your site is very simple and easy. Your guest list is easy, organized and exportable to excel to show lots of data points! I was able to update my event as it progressed, include navigation, zoom links etc. The features are great. Pros RSVPify was easy to use once I was able to figure out how to customize it -- there is a bit of a learning curve. Cons \-Stripe is the only payment app connected and only is applicable if you have a business. -RSVPify occasionally did not work on some people's browsers. -Need for more administrator functionality so that I could enroll individuals who wanted to RSVP via email rather than through the app when it didn't work. The event website is extremely user-friendly (think 100+ people over the age of 60 actually RSVPing for the event without needing help), and we got lots of compliments on it. Cons Some of the features can be challenging to find the first time, but the support is good. The only other thing is that the image sizing can get challenging to get right for mobile/desktop, I wish there were slightly smarter options. All aspects ran seemlessly. Pros I was very satisfied with Rsvpify. It was super simple to create the invitations and details of the event. The program tracks the number of attendees and declines. You can easily make changes to the event and send updates/communications to participants. It is also simple to generate tickets and process payments. Cons I loved everything about Rsvpify except the payment processing fee. However, that is expected with any program, and the fee is still inexpensive. The price is good, and the option to cancel while not using the software helps us cut down costs at our non-profit. Pros The set up was simple, and importing and exporting guest lists was easy. There was always someone available to help walk me through an issue. Cons Sometimes the guest lists, when exported, did not export correctly and names were left out. Also when I selected only people who had accepted the invite, still there were several who declined that needed to be removed form the list. It has served me well and my clients are pleased with the look of the sites that I have designed. Pros After I made myself familiar with this software I used this program for some of my less complex meetings. The features covered my needs for those programs. In the beginning the product was not that easy for me and I would love to have been able to speak with someone briefly to ask a few questions to get myself to the next step. I never got to the step where I was able to integrate with my existing business processes. Cons There are some features that are difficult especially when you are in a crunch to get a site up and running. And, that is not to say that all are difficult just some features. I never got to the point where I could integrate. I would have loved to create my own design and not just rely on the templates but was not able to do so. . Reason for choosing RSVPify Started off with the free version because it was adequate but then I required a few other features ie. menu options, etc. that were not offered in the free version. It worked seamlessly as I registered thousands of people and had my team check them in/out in groups or individually by simply scanning their QR codes. If you plan large events, you need this! Cons The limits on number of events you can have at once, I often have to delete old events even though I want to keep them as templates for future events. I like the old system of customizing emails better, the new one isn't as user friendly. September 14, 2020 5.0 Overall, I've had a very positive experience with RSVPify - it's been so easy to get a registration page up and running (especially now that I've done it a few times :-)) Pros The branding tools - to allow you to customise your RSVPify site to your event branding. Also, the ability to upgrade membership levels and then to reduce back to free level as and when is required (it makes it easy to on-charge clients for cost and means that we're not paying for an annual membership that we only use for a few months here and there). Cons There are a couple of things that would be great to be able to do for corporate events (I think the functions were intially set-up for weddings?) Pros \- invitees can respond to the invitation online - the ability track who has or has not received and/or opened the invitation - managing breakout events within and overall event - invitees can login and edit their responses - ability to send message to invitees who have not responded - adding multiple users so that I am not to only go-to person when event coordinators need updates - features where we can customize the look/design of our invitation to coordinate with the event Cons Eventbrite, Blackbird, EmailMe Forms, Evite Reason for choosing RSVPify It had the features that we were looking for, and the cost is very reasonable.
