I appreciated that there was assistance available within minutes. Pros Guest list and seating chart were easily managed with this program. Cons I would love to see updates to the mobile access as I use my phone to make updates more often than my desktop. Reason for choosing RSVPify The website had preloaded icons that I was able to use for each section of my web bulletin and the design was sleek and modern. I use to do all of our party invites manually. Needing an excel spreadsheet to keep track of everything. We hand out nameplates and it is nice that they now write the name, so I can't spell something incorrectly. Pros Pros: export the data in excel formating, drop-down list to choose items (we use it for meals) and you can also have them decline, customization of the invite and options for delivery. Cons I don't have any cons for the purpose that I use the software. The one item I can think of is the max limit of invites per person is 10. That seems like a lot but depending on what you may be using it for it may come a little short. Review Source RT Rebecca T. I would not hesitate to use this software again in the future or recommend to other organisations. Pros We needed to use QR code scanning for check-in at our Gala Dinner, and the RSVPify software and emailing of individual QR code to each guest worked seamlessly. It was the perfect software for us. Uploading guest lists, categorizing them and setting up the emails was easy. whenever I got stuck, their at hand support and online videos were excellent and solved all my issues. Cons Only having three alternate check-in staff allowed was a little limiting Reason for choosing RSVPify RSVPify was the only product that met all our check-in needs using QR codes from an imported list. and the cost per month seemed fair. Pros I liked being able to clone these events. I like the RSVP list and the options available to me. I was very happy with support as well. I had questions and what wasn't covered in the FAQ or guides -- wasn't a problem. Support was able to answer my questions. Cons I had a cap on 250 attendees due to covid. I needed to create a backup/overflow event of the same people to register to if the first one was full. This was time consuming and also caused us to need a higher subscription rate. After the events were over I was still charged another monthly fee (even though events were expired) -- I guess that makes sense as I didn't cancel, but if no events are live why is event software charging you? Either way it was my responsibility to cancel the service. Reason for choosing RSVPify the rsvp list and other rsvp options, guest list, etc was the deciding factor. Review Source RM Raewyn M. RSVPify helps with all the information I need right down to dietary requirements .. easy spreadsheet , table seating , inputting your questions for the quest . I still don’t use all the applications as only need a few .. RSVPify is easy to use for quest to register to the conference Cons Probably just the cost .. I have to have a yearly subscription although you only use it a couple of times a year .. be good to pay per event .. From invite creation to QR code generation, I found the features simple enough to navigate. Cons I enjoyed using the RSVPify but it was a little challenging when it came to adding and deleting food options. Once I figured it out, it was easy peazy. Review Source bB bunny B. Owner Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Perfect for my needs!" November 15, 2019 5.0 I am a retail shop owner who plans events as part of the services offered by my store. In order to manage a large event I recently planned, I chose RSVPify, and I am so glad I did. Not only were we able to send out RSVP invitations easily by email, we were also able to create a QR code for our printed invitations, manage tables, send out reminders to encourage response, download guest lists and more. The software is easy to use and customize. RSVPify will be at the top of my list for future events! Pros I loved the customizable emails and the ability to remind guests. I liked the guest interface. I am also interested to try some of the more advanced features, when I have a client who needs them. Cons I wish I could have sent my client a link for them to review the RSVPs without me having to download and send them each time they wanted to see them. I also would like it to be easier and less confusing to alter a guest's RSVP and to add guests manually. I was able to create the invite with very specific features, select how I liked for those that RSVP'd to enter in their names (titles, salutations, etc) they even created a QR code for the event!!! Pros Ease of designing the invite and the check-in capability. Cons I can honestly say that I didn't have any cons about this software. I had no issues and found it easy to navigate the site to create and update my event. Pros The RSVPify experience was brilliant. Simple to use, fast setup of our event and many features that we will use in our next events. The tier'd pricing is a strong selling point. Pay for what you use. Pros The software for the most part is fairly easy. I am not a high tech person. But I have to say when I get into a jam, the customer service support team is amazingly helpful! Cons I wish some of the things were not as complexed for me. The invites especially. Because I probably wasn't shown would be the main reason. Does all the tracking for you when it comes to invitees and their additional guests. Cons Some areas weren't as intuitive as I would like. September 5, 2023 5.0 We used RSVPify for helping manage invitations for a 3-night VIP opening of a new restaurant. Each night had 3 time slots for 110 people. This service made it extremely easy to create a seamless reservation booking system. Definitely recommend and will use again when needed in the future. Pros We loved the email feature to easily send confirmations to attending guests. Cons Would have been nice to have a calendar feature built-in for multiple time slots, but wasn't necessary! It would be great to send email invitation with a graphic similar to e-vite. Unfortunately the email invitations were not formatted in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I chose the month subscription and it was not made obvious that this would recur every month, so I've been charged past the time of use. It was easy for guests to login to the site and reply to our event and was equally easy to track attendance. Pros The response updates/emails made it easy to track replies and the ability to export the guest responses/attendance allowed all involved to stay informed. Cons The website setup interface is better than it was a few years ago, but is still a little clunky. I felt a bit hampered trying to set up a page that both served our needs and reflected the style of the event. I loved that I could customize the questions that were asked when people registered and it made it easy for me to track my attendees. Will definitely use again for future events! Pros I really likes the option to customize questions asked when people registered for my event. The option for drop down, bullet, custom question, etc was great and allowed me to get more insight into my attendees current status. Cons I did not have any dislikes. I had pretty basic needs (set up RSVPs for 2 related events, record dietary restrictions and send out calendar invites for both events), and this did the job. Cons I had two related events for people to RSVP to. I was able to find a way to make this work, but there wasn't a built in function that I was aware of that automatically did this. As a result, I ended up with individuals being counted as two different people if they RSVPed to each of the two events. It was easy to create the event and for the attendees to RSVP. Then the day of the event, we were able to use the check in feature which made accounting for the attendees a breeze. I would use RSVPify for my next function. Pros Our attendees were able to RSVP for our party with ease and received proper confirmation and detail information. Cons It was a little difficult creating the webpage. When I reached out to ask if they had a certain feature, they replied they didn't but they had a beta option at the time that I could try out that could help solve the roadblock I was experiencing. I highly recommend this platform for any size business who needs help with event management - makes it much easier! Pros I love the ability to customize the landing page with my company's brand colours and logo. The dashboard is also handy and easy to use. I also liked the ability to send out invites and reminders from the plaftorm. There were so many features I didn't use but I could definitely see the benefit of (ie. sell tickets, we hosted free invite-only events so this wasn't needed for our use). I also love how easy it is for guests to RSVP for the event and that I receive notifications for the RSVPs. Cons I do not like that guests could do duplicate RSVPs.
