Pros This made our event planning a thousand times more efficient. It was quite easy to design the RSVP and the confirmations. Cons We did have a bit of trouble with reminders being sent to folks who had already RSVP'd, even though we chose the option to send reminders only to those who hadn't responded. I am very glad to have found this product. Pros I had no trouble setting up my events. The links to sign up as well as the QR codes worked perfectly for our print and email newsletters. RSVPify does it for you, and allows you to export a comprehensive list. I was please to have chosen this product for our annual event. Pros Ease of set-up, option to add guest list to RSVPify or simply distribute link to guests, email notifications as RSVPs are received, room for as much required information as necessary, ability to export the guest list. Cons Need more design options for invitations, some users had a hard time grasping the concept of entering email and # in party before seeing an accept or decline selection. Reason for choosing RSVPify Ease of use when testing the product out, prior to purchasing a subscription due to number of guests; ease of getting responses without having to keep a separate record. Pros I used this for an event where I had over 100 people RSVP. It was easy to manage the RSVP list and so easy to send out the invitations. I would use this again for my future events. Cons I liked everything. I would say if there is one thing just the invitation design. I had a ton of questions and they answered them all, promptly. I was really confused on which company to use and RSVPify has a lot of competitors. Customizability. Simple UI. Cons I knew there was a 100 limit in the free tier but not that THEY TAKE THE ENTIRE RSVP PAGE DOWN once you hit that limit! To me, this seems very manipulative and it was not clear to me they did this. Users rely on the information posted about an event to be accessible to others. At least just stop taking RSVPs don't take down the page! It forces you to upgrade to a paid tier. But alas, the next tier at $39 still only covers 100 RSVPs/event, yay! The next one is $150/mo for 500 RSVPs/event. $150 for an event >100 does not seem like a good value. Pro-tip: Contact customer support and they can "unlock" some more affordable options. Pros I liked the ease of use, and the ability to upgrade mid-event, so we didn't have to purchase the upgrade before we knew we were going to go over 100 guests. The only thing that was a bummer was that I only needed it for a one-time event, but they only offer subscription rates. I forgot to cancel my subscription and it auto billed the next month. The company does not issue refunds for that kind of thing though. Pros It was simple to set up and administer. I was able to embed the form on my site which was the main feature I needed. Cons None. The software worked really well.
