We left Nobeds one month after starting out. Waste of time and resources. Not up to date and not even near the level of service of its competitors.

Pros

It connects to a couple of the most popular OTAs (AirBnB, VRBO and Booking). The monthly rate is low.

Cons

If you have any problem with payment or with the system itself, support is completely non-existent. Please read the forum before buying, you will notice the developer never ever replies. This is a one-man operation with little time for his clients. Many features are 'coming up', but have been for a while.

POOR !!!I am an IT professional so I was able to configure everything for my hotel, application calculated tax twice and I have no help it has been couple of day.

Pros

cheap but no use can't use the software, you get what you pay for. I had a free PMS but no channel manager, I wanted to use NoBeds with channel manager

Cons

I signed up and paid for a month, they have a glitch, no help. First I send out email someone emailed me back for turn on option, I told them its not option system is calculating tax twice. They asked for screenshot, I provided them with screenshot after that no support they don't even communicate. I went to their blog people have the same issue, you can't connect to OTA with double tax it is not legal, So I paid for month but can't use it. BE AWARE !!!!

There were a few issues with syncing of different rooms, this took a day to sync correctly.

It let's you use almost everything without having to pay, the system overall feels very intuitive and it's really fast on any device.

Cons

Some settings are hidden in other areas. Setting my local currency took me a while to figure it out.

Es gibt bestimmt auch gute online PMS Systeme. Nobeds gehört nicht dazu und die Entwicklung ist nicht vorhanden. Vorschläge zur Weiterentwicklung des System ist man gar nicht interessiert. Man bekommt einfach keine Antwort. Die Rechnungslegung seitens Nobeds funktioniert nicht. Wenn man schreibt, muss man Glück haben, eine Antwort zu erhalten. Die Rechnungen, die das Programm erstellt, sind höchstens als Toilettenpapier verwendbar. Ebenso die Rechnungen die man (wenn man Glück hat) von Nobeds bekommt.

Pros

Der Preis, mehr gefällt mir aber auch nicht.

Cons

Das ist System ist wenig ausgereift und hat viele Fehler. Die Rechnungslegung seitens Nobeds funktioniert nicht richtig, der Support ist unterirdisch. Die Buchungswebseite mag auf den ersten Blick modern wirken, ist aber lauter Formatierungs- und Programmfehler. Die API ist so lala...
