Customer service needs to be able to share what's the issue and allow the customer to make an informed decision. Keeping a customer in the loop is the most important thing when any product goes off the rails as it affords transparency. Errors happen, and much about business can be out of our collective hands, but leaving people in the dark is not good. People can only think the worst. Pros Being able to audit your site is easy. Very little learning curve as their site is fairly intuitive. I don't have an e-commerce component to my site so I don't know how the audits affect performance of the website. Cons They have poor customer support and seem to no longer support keyword search tracking as it has been down since June 25th 2025 with no end in sight as to an ETA when it will be available. You'll get the standard vanilla response of "Thank you for your patience while our R&D team works towards a resolution with the Keyword Tracking Service. I will update you as soon as any additional information is available or when there is an ETA on a resolution." This response works for a technical issue that is taking a few days. things happen and I understand. A month is a bit much. When I reached out on the day after renewal period started, I was told a firm no that they would not/could not refund us despite the fact that we asked as a common courtesy, particularly due to being one day into the term and logged in twice over 7 months. Overall, the value and improvement to my website was not worth the woorank price tag. Pros There wasn’t much for us to appreciate. We signed up for the service with the intention of hiring woorank personnel to help remedy some problems. After 8-9 months of working with Woorank, very little progress was made. Cons The price. At 79.99, to offer an automated website assessment is a bit expensive once considering that woorank will not do any actual work but instead simply highlights your issues for you. Sign up for one month max, run the report, and cancel your membership right away. We waited too long to cancel ours and ended up paying over $700 for what amounts to a single website statistical report. That’s just crazy expensive! Pros WooRank is a website analysis and SEO tool that provides a lot of services, but the one that I found to be the most valuable is the SEO and marketing advice. It's one of the first tools I always use when evaluating a website for clients. Pros Filter by good/fair/bad results so I can just look at the stuff that needs my attention. Each item also indicates how important the issue is and how easy it is to resolve, so I can plan my attack. There's also a drop-down explanation for each line item (with links) to help me understand the issue more clearly. Cons It would be nice to have a bit more detailed results for some items. Also, it lowers your scores if you don't have all of the social media profiles they list, even though some profiles may not make sense for a website.
