Pros: Completely customize-able, both for us as admins and for our subscribers as well! Easy to add content, control when it goes out, how long it stays active AND LOVE the statistics we get on the platform on the back end. We see what works, what doesn't. We see what content is engaging our patrons and what they're skipping over. We especially like the dedicated email feature that allows us to send out an email on short notice to our subscribers (like if we have to close at the last minute because of a snow storm). Customer support is top notch! We have been a Cerkl partner from the very beginning and plan to stay with them!

Cons: Sometimes the layout is not as I expected or envisioned when I'm creating the content as to how it appears after being published.

Overall: Our library patrons are more engaged and informed as to what's going on at their library. Program attendance is up. More people are putting items on reserve via the articles we publish on "new titles". Subscribers love that "their" newsletter is customized just for them.
