An user friendly application which comprehend legal requirements

Pros

Dashboard, Interface of the application and the step to step User Manual is the key part of the application which I like on the ClearTax application

Cons

Features in "User Access Management" can be improved. Instead of predefined function there should be a option for Admins to select roles based on various sub departments and divisions

Currently ClearTax is handling our overall compliance in indirect tax and their team which is led by Vaibhav and Abhishek helping us in preparation of our monthly and annual returns on time and in efficient manner.

Pros

Access to their portal which is not the case in other competitors, ease of access and as an end user I feel the user interface for this software is user friendly. All the necessary reports are available which makes work easy and efficient.

Cons

Nothing as such, this software is complete solution for your business needs.

its an user friendly, cloud based software can be used from anywhere in the world.

Cons

the software not having features of ITR-7, ITR-U and some other Income Tax Compliance functioanlities.
