Es un sistema muy poderoso y útil para cualquier empresa en las manos de buenos técnicos y asesores que apoyen al crecimiento de tu empresa, tienda o corporación. Es capaz de igualar y desarrollar cualquier modulo que se necesite sin problemas y adaptarlo. Pros Es un Software muy completo en su versión estándar cumple con los procesos de compras, ventas, inventario, el motor contable es muy bueno y el registro de costos. Me gusta mucho la facilidad de adaptación de los procesos administrativos y realización de informes. Al principio puede ser un poco confuso la utilización de las ventanas y procesos pero una vez lo vas conociendo se hace muy sencillo y rápido, todo depende de la parametrización inicial de los datos maestros para facilitar las transacciones siguientes, mientras mejor este cargados los datos maestros, Terceros, grupo de clientes, proveedores, categorías de productos, productos, impuestos y contabilidad mas fácil sera el día a día en el Software. La integración y adaptación con otras aplicaciones es muy buena teniendo el apoyo necesario de consultores adecuados y capacitados. La adaptación de cualquier proceso a través de Plugins es espectacular ya que permite tener personalizaciones para tu empresa sin afectar el Core del sistema. Ademas que es un Open Source y tienes el fuente disponible para adaptarlo a tus necesidades iDempiere crece contigo y no necesitas pagar una licencia para ello, permitirá a tu empresa una libertad de crecimiento acorde a tus necesidades y financieramente podrías ahorrar mucho a largo plazo. Es multi Compañía y eso te da ventajas de crecimiento si planas tener un grupo o corporación de empresas. Cons La configuración inicial de la compañía es compleja y necesitas el apoyo de consultores expertos en la materia, una vez superado este paso la experiencia es muy buena ya que de una buena configuración depende el éxito de tu proyecto. Infatti il gestionale ti permette controlli di gestione, contabilità e funzioni avanzate che solo un ERP di fascia alta possiede. Pros L'interfaccia Web ti permette di utilizzarlo su qualsiasi sistema operativo e da qualsiasi parte del mondo, sia che il database sia installato su un cloud o su un server locale, questo è veramente comodo per lavorare ad esempio da casa in smart working, ha funzionalità di ERP avanzato (ad esempio la gestione dei listini e dei prodotti é più che completa), è molto personalizzabile Cons Non è facile da utilizzare nonostante sia abbastanza pratico di software di vario genere. Le personalizzazioni alle volte producono rallentamenti del sistema e potrebbe essere necessario rimuoverle. Il Gestionale utilizzato in Cloud, con internet veloce e computer di fascia molto alta (potenti) risulta comunque lento in certe situazioni e per alcune funzioni lentissimo. Necessita di assistenza professionale continua e alle volte risulta difficile da configurare anche per i tecnici software specializzati. Talvolta vengono riscontrati dei bug e alcuni errori di calcolo nei report devono venire corretti su segnalazione dell'utente. Inoltre per alcune funzioni si è costretti a utilizzare fogli di calcolo tipo Excel o similari (esempio inventario e bilancio, cespiti). Pros The most useful is I can run it on Oracle database server which deffinately more reliable and fast. Every module is almost pre build and available, can use it in manufacturing industries, production planning,manufacturing orders,cost,consumption every thing is perfect and meeetig large scale business operations, Quality module and configuration are awesome but needs to be improved. most of the buiness scenerios stratigic,tacts are covered in accounting, costing, controlling, which set lead the company to direction, Graphical presentation of data and dashboards were great, can be used for BI. Cons Installation is not easy, any expert idemire professional can do it. gui is comlexive. it should be like transaction code for every transaction or process, it takes time to learn it, because generic terms are not used, in some modules languages problem were too found.
