Pros

The software is a user friendly. You can track the incident about what happened from the beginning.

Cons

The only thing I am not happy about this software is I couldn't paste a template or table in the description or comment box.

So far, it works great!

Pros

I like that everything is stored in one place and can be referenced at anytime without getting lost in emails.

Cons

No issues so far, but would have liked more hands on training.

couldn't tell at this moment. Used only once and case resolved relatively fast in a few days.
