Whilst enthusiastic, the fact that each release breaks the system costs our internal IT folk large amounts of time. And the cost for internal support of the product far exceeds the licensing cost.

Pros

Features are promising. They have the right functionality, but it breaks CONSTANTLY.

Cons

They clearly do not test the product before releases, and each patch deployment fixes one issue, and breaks another function.

Reasons for choosing HR365

Erroneously, we chose this because of an annual licence model. We would have been far better off with Harvest or a similar product. We have since moved to Weworked.
