Love that you can now copy/paste within each story. Like that you can enter more information in the Description about the story and record Discussions.

Navigating is still cumbersome at times when you have a lot of stories

It was a great tool for storymapping for our company. It was an easy sell to have the business purchase it due to the low cost.

Pros

The ability to quickly navigate the product without help and jump right in to storymapping!

Cons

The text would get cut off on some of the cards.

The bigger the project gets, the tougher it can be to use this product. It works best with small and mid size projects.

Our team uses CardBoard to storyboard new features with the UI/UX designers.

Pros

The color coding is a really useful feature.

Cons

Some things aren't very user-friendly. For example, adding extra details to cards is difficult to figure out.

Pros

Cardboard is a super simple application that does what it sets out to do well. It's easy to use and very clean for people to follow along with.

Cons

It feels like the application is still in the very early days of development. The UI has changed a bit since the documentation was created, which can make it a little tricky to figure out the features if you're trying to replicate what you see in the docs. I'm hoping that as the development progresses more functionality will be available.

Pros

Easiness of creation of cards and maneuverability around the board. Exporting the board to PDF was helpful.

Cons

It could help to have an easier way to organize and line up the cards at the different levels. Kind of like a "snap-to" functionality.

Pros

Ease of use! It's very easy to create digital story maps. We use story maps for all our projects.

Cons

\- There's no ability to create folders. Since we create many story boards across the organization, there's no way to organize.

My team was able to visualize features broken down to stories in a PI (product increment), offering committed value to business, and giving the team a good idea of how our development work would be spread out over the course of eight weeks.

Pros

It was easy to start a board, create additional items in a flow, move them around, and the ability to add a point value to a square (story to my team) was fantastic!

Cons

Sometimes when moving items, not everything was captured and had to re-move stories.

We are trying to make a storymap interactive within the organization and it's been an effective tool where people feel involved with the decisions.

Pros

It is stupid simple. So easy to share with others, make changes, and easily add notes for a card that should be investigated.

Cons

As storymaps get larger, navigation does get a bit tricky moving horizontally using the trackpad without triggering Back in the browser.
