The product was easy to install and configure. The UI is very intuitive and there was a low barrier to entry from our team of professional services implementation engineers to use it. Getting their buy in was critical and it is much easier than the system they used before.

Pros

Our ability to track time across a portfolio of projects and report on the time has gotten a whole lot easier. I used to spend time pulling data from different resources into spreadsheets for reporting. It was a manual process that took too much time and was fraught with potential for errors. Cloud Coach has simplified my daily work dramatically, allowing me to spend more time on streamlining other processes and services.

Cons

The External Project View is really powerful. Just would like the ability to share documents with customer through this section.
