Pros

I want to shout out Satori because in all sincerity that's been such a game-changer for me. Before Satori, I did everything by hand. Talk about what isn't productive or conducive to your time! Scheduling people back and forth with emails, having a separate app for payment… I used to send out an email before every single coaching call for with questionnaires that I would use and my clients would have to reply, which is super janky. I even had to have like 45 reminders in my calendar for every client call to make sure I sent all these things. It was really stressful. If I'm worried about all of these different things to think about, I'm not doing the deep work. I'm not in the creative process. So, with all sincerity, I love how easy Satori makes everything for me. It's like 10 pounds off my shoulders. And it's also something I don't have to hire out. It looks clean and professional, and it takes care of my clients. Everything's in one place for them. So thank you for being a genius knowing the tech side. It’s not just an easier process but it opens up the brain space so that I can do my work and not the things that take my brain away from it. I have to say too, the customer service is amazing. Anytime I have a question it always gets answered. There was like a bug a while ago and they fixed it on the spot and took care of it. I did my research and I've used some other great tools but I don't think there's another tool out there that really has everything in there that Sat

Cons

Once in a while there's a tech glitch with payments/scheduling, but Satori's team is ALWAYS there to support you and fix whatever is going on.

It was great. I had no complaints, the features were all useful and very intuitive.

Pros

The interface is really beautiful and it was easy to set up programs (it takes awhile to figure it out but once you get one going it all makes sense.)

Cons

Honestly I really did like it but decided on a different program simply because I liked that that other program gave me more bells and whistles. On Satori you can't upload any other images. The calendaring feature sometimes got cumbersome.

Actually I learned about this but afterwards I ended up choosing CoachVantage, however, I do highly recommend Satori as well. They're really the same great features, it just really depends on your preference of customizability.

### "Satori: Hands-Down Best Online Booking Platform For Coaches"

I’ve been using Satori for about four years, and I love it. It’s the only online platform I know of devoted to coaches. They get what we're doing; they understand the importance and reach of this work. When I ask for help, they respond promptly and graciously. I also love the way Satori helps me track revenue, payments, scheduling, contract building, public versus private packages and collect client feedback. There's a lot of service that Satori packs into a well organized, streamlined platform. When I first started working with Satori, there were a couple of glitches. But Lach, the Founder, showed up personally and handled the glitches quickly. He was responsive, and took complete ownership for the snafus, and gave me 6 mos. of free service for the fairly slight troubles I'd encountered. He showed integrity, earnestness, and commitment, and earned my trust. I have a lot of clients who are coaches or eventually train to be coaches, and I recommend Satori to all of them. I give Satori my highest recommendation!

Pros

Satori's visual aesthetic is elegant but stylish, and the site is easy for my clients to navigate. I love that I can do so much in one place: create and publish public and private offers (w links that I can embed in my website and promotional emails); onboard clients from start to finish; collect client testimonials; and manage all aspects of client administration -- scheduling, billing and invoicing, and contract. I also like that Satori tracks revenue and generates reports. My clients love Satori because they can manage all aspects of their work with me -- scheduling, rescheduling, payment, etc. They don't have to go through me when a change needs to be made.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that every now and then double-bookings happen because calendar-syncing with my iCalendar isn't comprehensive.

Satori is THE tool for the job. It handles all of my billing and booking in multiple time zones in a simple, seamless way. It integrates with everything I need in my business (Google Calendar, MailChimp, PayPal, etc.).

Pros

Great client experience. I didn't want something that's super technical and complicated. Satori is very intuitive and made for my industry. The few times I've had a question, they've gotten right back to me.

Cons

It doesn't chop my wood, mow my lawn or wash my dishes.

Reason for choosing Satori

I’ve looked at other systems, and in all honesty, they had too many bells and whistles and were too confusing. Satori is super simple and does everything I need.

I don't often rave about things, but when you interact with these guys you'll see why it wins over a standard faceless program.

Pros

I choose Satori because the customer service is out of this world! They are over-the-top committed to everyone who uses it. It does different time zones, syncs with all my other calendars, handles my billing and client contracts, and does so much more.

Cons

If the program doesn't currently do something you want it to do, just drop them a line and suggest it, and they usually can make it happen.

### "Save so much admin time"

Satori have really thought through what it means to run an online coaching practice and ticked all the boxes around that. So for coaches, I haven't found anything else that competes, in terms of all the things Satori does. I always describe it as the one-stop-shop. I love that I can send one link to a client. And for me, it is really consistent with my values around creating a safe container. So there is one link and that is your safe container. You as my beloved new client, get to sign your contract book the times that feel good to you. You get access to the questionnaire, how we're going to talk when we're going to talk, it automatically fills up your calendar and mine. And it feels to me like it takes care of my client without me having to do any of the kind of shitty admin work that I hate doing. I find that the Satori process of taking care of my clients​ and taking care of me, is fantastic.

Pros

Designed for coaches and their clients.

Cons

Some of the features aren't as intuitive​ as I would like.

Pros

Before Satori, I felt like a duck: above the water, I had everything together—talking to entrepreneurs about getting their processes and systems down, and following up right away—But below the surface, the back end of my business was a complete mess as far as records, scheduling and keeping in touch with people. I had been looking for a CRM scheduling of all-in-one tool but hadn't found anything that was quite a fit. All of them either felt too light—they did one function—or way too heavy— I just don't need all of this stuff. After looking at all the alternatives, we decided that Satori was the best fit for us. It was a major step for me in scaling my business.

Cons

Inflexibility, Occasional bugs with the calendar.

Pros

It is a beautiful system in sight graphically speaking. It is a complete Sotfware. With it you can schedule appointments, organize programs, manage customer service, sequence customer progress and take care of service billing. Works with any web browser even the most innovative. It systematizes the process of individual coaching service to such a point that it becomes a productive business system.

Cons

Working with Santori, implies seriousness, requires organization and time. It must take an important time to know the operation of the system and be able to give it the best use. It could be felt cumbersome at first, but the truth is worth taking that time to know its operation and its use is not complicated.

I love using Satori! It helped launched my coaching business allowing me to have to client sign up for a coaching package and collect their payments. They can sign a legal waiver and schedule their sessions with me inside the app. It really take a lot of the work out of the coaching business! I highly recommend using it!

Pros

Satori really helps streamline and automate my coaching business. I love how I can send one line and acquire customers. It can collect one-time payments or even off payment plans. Once the transaction is made they can schedule sessions with me. All I have to do is set my availablility inside the calendar. It also allows me to connect to an email service and send out email campaigns to the client. I can even have them fill out questionaires!

Cons

Overall it's a great tool. It may be hard at first to set everything up since it does take time and you are unfamiliar with how to set it up. Once you set up the first initial package it gets easy though.

Overall, I love the function and easy of use with Satori. Because it is such a great tool, it really makes the features that are missing really stand out! This product needs Zoom integration - as not many coaches or teachers are using Skype these days. Adding feature to create discounts woudl be amazing. Would love to see this feature added. All of these are just holding me back from giving Satori my full recommendation!

Pros

This product is easy to set up - and the entire system is easy to navigate. Great end user experience! Support is good too. Easy to move clients into a plan.

Cons

Does not integrate with Zoom meetings. No way to offer discounts on services without creating a new offer (multi step process) If a client sets up all of their appointments at once - they get all of the related forms all at once, instead of timed to release just before each appointment - unnecessarily clunky on this.
