I think you should have a phone line for app users or at least a chat program. For instance I am trying to sort out this SCA nonsense ready for 14th Sep and waiting back on a form response. A quick call or chat could of resolved. If not resolved in time I will be using another provider. Pros It's easy to use and reliable, no issues to date with transactions. Cons There is no option to ad a reference to each transaction thus making book keeping more difficult as we have to spend more time working out which transaction is from what. Reason for choosing Nomod Cost and simplicity, although the lack of reference was a big downside. If a competitor would of had that at the time I would of likely used them if fees where similar.
