This software is easy to use for anyone and is very efficient. It is very budget friendly and easier to use than some of the bigger ones that charge quite more. The customer service is very attentive and replies back very quick. Overall, I am a very happy customer.

Pros

Very easy to learn, and straightforward to navigate. It was also simple to teach other people in my team to use it and become familiar with it. The customer service was again very helpful and always willing to help if anything wasn’t as clear. Definitely try Pegasys as it’s affordable for any type of business and the service is impeccable.

Cons

There were very minimal cons and it was only since I was new to it. Any questions were addressed in a timely manner, and any requests to minor design changes were updated fast.

Pros

Best software with best support team. This is a very simple and stable software which fits all our logistics needs!

Cons

There are no negatives for this software. It does best what it was made for!

We appreciate the software's capabilities which is easy, quick and user friendly.

Pros

Overall, the software has markedly enhanced our operational efficiency with its intuitive user interface. Real-time updates from the driver's end have been particularly time-saving. One standout feature is their excellent customer support, available 24/7, which efficiently guides us through any dispatch errors that arise.

Cons

The main issue I encountered was transmitting dispatch for a second driver. We had to manually enter the details for the second driver and then send the dispatch via text.

Pros

Super fast moving from section-to-section, screen-to-screen. VERY affordable. Customer support is amazing!

Cons

No app for drivers. That is the only thing we would like to have and don't.

Overall I've had a great experience with Pegasys, and I definitely recommend them for trucking companies.

Pros

This program is extremely easy to use and the customer service is top notch. Anytime I've had any questions or issues I have received immediate responses. Trunks always handles any issues quickly to make sure you're not waiting. The tracking numbers they send out to brokers makes my life a lot easier when it comes to check calls. You can edit the invoice in anyway you need which makes things much simpler.

Cons

Sometimes there can be a small glitch in the system, but it's easily fixed by the admins.

We are using this software only one month, but it significant improve quality and speed of our business process. This software greatly integrated with KeepTruckin, and I hope in near future will be integrated with BorderConnect as well. These will give us opportunity to improve our operations even more.

Pros

We like technical support and quick response to adjust software for our needs.

Cons

Some features needs to be redesign, but it looks like developers are open for discussion and trying their best to address our needs.

The major reason is willingness to cooperate and adjust software under our needs. And another reason is integrating with the most effective platforms like KeepTruckin, QuickBooks, BorderConnect etc..

Dont waste your time on other softwares. This one if affordable, easy, and straight what you need.

Pros

Easy to adapt to it. Pretty much what you need when your a start up company and need things organized straight to the point. Especially when it comes to QuickBooks.

Cons

IFTA is missing im sure there working on it.

Very affordable, when I started this was the best part. Does pretty much everything my trucking and brokerage business needs it to at this point, and the best part is the team behind this product. They are the reason I'm not going anywhere and I'd highly recommend this TMS.

Pros

Everything I need for my small transport business, keeps everything neat and organized.

Cons

The team behind it here is just so great that I can't in the right mind say anything negative. Every single feature I've requested that was missing, they have in some way implemented into the software or will in some future update. Just don't get this kind of experience everywhere. Sometimes they even pushed out a quick update the same night with the added features I needed!
