Cuando elegimos Frizbit era una prueba para ver funcionalidad push y email de carro abandonado. Nos ha ido bastante bien, es necesario eso sí que nosotros como clientes le tomemos el peso y usemos la herramienta como corresponde para generar mejores resultados. Además, siempre hemos tenido la asistencia rápida y confiable del equipo, lo que nos genera mayor confianza y nos ha permitido mejorar cosas que sin la ayuda de ellos no habría sido posible.

Pros

Tiene funcionalidades fáciles de implementar, además de una atención al cliente dedicada y 100% confiable. Es fundamental cuando uno tiene herramientas como esta poder tener una contraparte para atender dudas, preguntar buenas prácticas, etc y esto ocurre siempre con el equipo de Frizbit. Adicionalmente, nos ha ayudado a llegar mejor a los clientes y vender adicional justificando 100% la inversión.

Cons

La reportería podría mejorar, es difícil sacar de la misma plataforma datos o conclusiones.

Frizbit nos permite monetizar a parte de la audiencia perdida. Un 6% de nuestros visitantes están haciendo opt-in a las alertas y podemos retargetizarlos con distintos programas automatizados en función de muchas variables. Tenemos varias campañas activas segmentadas en función del punto del funnel en el que el cliente ha abandonado el sitio y les podemos retargetizar dinámicamente con contenidos específicos relacionados con su experiencia de visita.

Pros

Gran facilidad de integración. Herramienta muy fácil de usar. Soporte a clientes top. Lo más importante: resultados positivos desde el primer mes.

Cons

Por el momento no hay queja. El proceso se integración y nuestra experiencia de uso hasta la fecha ha sido muy positivo.

Pros

We were applying similar functions manually, before using Frizbit. Now all the processes are automated and really easy to integrate into the web shop. It's much more efficient to sustain customer centricity with just setting a couple of desired parameters and just letting Frizbit do the rest of the job automatically. The SMS marketing campaigns and push notifications for different target groups of customers, and a better tracking of the analytics lead us to receive a significant outcome and create better road maps by tracking the events.

Cons

A periodic reporting system would be really efficient, but I'm quite satisfied with the performance. The support team is always there whenever I need, it's easy to update the campaigns and adapt to new projects of ours.

Pros

Súper simple de utilizar, directo al grano, rápido y eficiente. Si quieres lo justo y necesario sin tanta parafernalia, Frizbit lo tiene.

Cons

Algunas vistas o módulo puede que quede un poco corto, como analítica, parametrizaciones o funcionalidades un poco más avanzadas.

La facilidad de implementación del producto, así como el continuo soporte por parte del equipo de Frizbit. Es una solución fácil de entender y de adaptar a la necesidad de cada ecommerce, según los objetivos de nuestros clientes.

Cons

Algunas limitantes a la hora de trabajarlo con varios clientes, ya que no poseen una solución white label y muchas veces nosotros somos un puente entre Frizbit y nuestros clientes.

Frizbit ofrece una gran facilidad y rapidez a la hora de programar notificaciones push. Es una herramienta bastante completa y personalizable.

Cons

Echo en falta que el contador de tiempo de supervivencia de los webpushes se pueda poner horas, en lugar del segundos. También que aparezca un aviso en la pantalla si la programación de fecha y hora es anterior al presente.
