Once I got familiar with the platform, however, I really appreciated the convenience it offers. It simplifies the expense and approval process, making everything more efficient and organized. Though there was a learning curve, the features are intuitive and ultimately save a lot of time. Overall, I’m very happy with Teampay and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable payment management solution. Pros Easy platform to use with streamlined communication about the status of how cards have been used. Cons I don't always get email notifications when people have requested a card. Pros It is very easy to make requests, find old requests and update information. The interface is very simple to avoid any confusion. Ability to generate cards instead of paying out of pocket. Cons The integration with slack was a little confusing. Could be lack of training from my end though. It is easy enough to use and I like the budgets section. Pros The budget is easy to understand and helpful in getting a high-level view of my remaining benefits Cons The homepage is never helpful. It could be a dashboard with everything I might want to do. Or show budgets. Submitting a New request is the primary reason to visit Teampay, there should be a CTA on every page allowing me to do that.
