Pros: Like having the ability to ask customers how they heard about us. Lets us know where and what we need to focus on.

Cons: Would like to have the ability to ask customers more questions.

Overall: Great product to see where our customers are seeing us the most and lets us focus on where we need to show more of ourselves based on the data that comes from customer answers.
