SureTel is shaking the market and providing huge saving in it's wake. Why pay for idle phones? We know our customers don't use all of their phones all of the time so we don't charge for them. Instead we charge for active simultaneous calls. This means huge savings for any size business. As a matter of fact most of our customers saving upward of 60% monthly. With the click of a button on my pc, I am able to dial a person by name to my desk phone. I can also send IMs

Having someone upgrade to compatibility is a bit of a seek and find.

Pros

Phone call quality is good and the web portal to manage the phone system is easy to navigate. Support is quick to respond to any issues.

Cons

I personally haven't ran into any issues which i would consider a con. I will update my review if i run into any issues.
