Also the referral bonus is nice and gives me a little more incentive to refer more people. Cons That I referred someone, they got the job and now that position says "No reward" when it clearly said $500 and then others say "duplicate" even though the job title and number are different. It would've been a great system had it actually worked but now I just have no motive to continue referring anyone else after this experience. Also the position that they were hired for says under recruiter review but then on another it says they were hired which they weren't. Needs some flaws worked out. Review Source WP Wade P. It is very helpful to be able to send potential applicants a direct link to specific jobs and see if they have applied. Pros The ability to track when people you refer apply to positions. Cons The updates seem to stop after the initial application. You don't know if someone was rejected, and you don't know if they were hired until well after they have started (in many instances). Pros We really like the integration between our ATS and the referral site. It makes it seamless. We also like using the campaign and engagement emails. Cons We would like more engagement email templates and for the systems to update more frequently. Reason for choosing EmployeeReferrals We didn't have the staff to oversee an in house program. Pros The platform is easy to navigate, especially when it comes to switching from admin to employee view as an admin. Settings are easy to change as well. The best thing for me regarding ERC.com though is the customer support. Our Account Manager and Team quickly responds to any questions and systems support we need. Cons I would say the reporting aspect of ERC.com could use some improvement. I can usually create the report I need but it's ease of use to create the report could get better.
