We love the referrals that we get as they are huge in helping us find and retain great talent. They do a great job training us on the system and best practices. The system does a great job keeping our employees engaged and aware of referral opportunities and then it updates them on their candidate's status so that we don't have to. I could never go back to the old school way we used to manage our employee referral program. Cons There really isn't much I don't like. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that employees sometimes forget their password and for some reason ask us about signing in. Always supported when we raise an issue or are looking to brainstorm. Pros The interface is very friendly for everyone, employees, referrals and admins. I really like that employees can easily see the status of their referrals in the system at all times. Reporting is helpful to see how many employees are engaging in referring with the ability to campaign to those who are not yet engaged. Cons I don't have any cons at this point. It makes referrer's job easy and quick, and the referral can complete the application process themselves. The referral activity is a clear view of one's referrals. The videos on the site are concise and helpful. Cons It would be great if share on LinkedIn could include an auto "what you'd like to say" note. One thing I don't understand is the number of applicants on the Leaderboard says zero even though referrals' count isn't zero. Also, there's some delay in general for the Leaderboard to update. Another thing is that I'm unable to disable the auto share of Facebook. And the LinkedIn and email buttons on the top right side of the home page don't work.
