Yes, there are many competitors out there, perhaps more advanced. However when it comes to WMS keeping the set up simple and easy to learn has proven critical to us. We have not experienced major issues with uptime or similar and there are often releases with new functionality you can benefit from. Overall we have a very good working relationship with the orderflow team and we look forward to the future in partnership. Pros We are a long standing customer having used orderflow for almost 10 years. The system has been a crucial part of our warehouse operations moving away from paper picking a few years back. There is a learning curve to familiarise with the functionality, set up and maintenance, however once learnt, is easy to customise and adapt to our needs. Orderflow does what it says on the tin, is affordable and their support team knowledgeable and friendly. Cons The built in reports and productivity tools still need work to compare to other leading market competitors. What distinguishes OrderFlow from the others is the sophistication of the product and the no-fuss approach to support and development requests. Pros Excellent support. Ability to implement changes quickly. Great access to technical staff. Great integration framework. Fast. Great support for sophisticated warehouse processes. Great 3PL support. Very stable system. Good logging and diagnostics. Very cost effective ad-hoc development charges. Great system architecture which makes changes easier to accommodate. Cons There is very little to dislike. Over the years the developers have incorporated lots of our change requests into their core system so that it matches our requirements very closely.
