My overall experience has been great, with minimal interuptions and ease of use I was working with Lead connect easily from day 1.

Pros

Lead connect has worked really well for me across multiple searches and industries. The follow up message function that stops and allows me to reply has worked every time without multiple messages being sen to the same people. It has also acted randomly and not like an automated system allowing my outreach to feel very normal

Cons

I haven't been able to intergrate sapier with lead connect. I couldn't find lead connect as an option in Zapier, this would be something I would like to see imporved

It seems to work well with building up the number of contacts you are connected to.

Pros

I like the concept and the apparent uptake on responses.

Cons

It is not intuitive enough in that the search algorithms are too narrow. It may be that I did not set the parameters up well enough but I found the set up procedure vague with instructions and struggled to get the correct follow up messages. I am still unsure if the follow up messages went out or not. The contacts who accept the invitations may not be the right person I need to connect with.

When it works well it saves much time by sending automated follow-ups. Dashboards are also useful for analysis.

Pros

Integration was easy, it is easy to use the app and it is very convenient for creating sequences of massages

Cons

There are a lot of bugs, the app is not stable, sequences disappear, sequences stop sending messages, its work with profiles is not always correct (you have to open a LinkedIn profile twice to get to the write person in our CRM), there are some minor bugs also.

Amazing work by the team. Kudos...!!!!! You made our work easier & we can use our time in many other productive work.

Pros

I have been using since last 1 month & that too in a team. The tool is easy to understand. All functionalities are very useful. Blacklist is a very useful feature for my use. This feature makes sure that no same prospect is being reached out by my multiple teammates.

Cons

One suggestion to the team, if they can add email touch point & show real-time reports of sequence which are being sent weekly now.

Pros

This product allows you to connect with and communicate so many people. The follow up communication allows for the communication to be authentic and original.

Cons

If you are attempting to connect with new people and you get a few "I don't know you" from people on LinkedIn you will get your privilege to connect with people taken away.

We are testing automating the outreach to potential customers on LinkedIn, and Leadconnect works perfectly fine for this purpose. I tried a few competing products but ended up using LeadConnect, as competitors had some geographical restrictions for their users, and I could not get the other similar softwares working for my off-shore employees. Free tier is also great, you get to try the concept on small volumes without committing to a license.

Pros

Simple to use, and works great for basic lead generation automation tasks.

Cons

N/A. Did not find anything negative to say!

It's my first time ever using such a software and its been fine. I have never used any other so can't compare.

Pros

It's easy to use and form what I can see they keep upgrading it to handle bugs/glitches

Cons

Customer Support takes a long time to revert. They are not on line all the time, sometimes take a day or more to revert or engage which can be frustrating if its urgent. But they are very helpful once you do get them on line and usually solve the problem very quickly.

I think they need a better affiliate systems, I don´t mind promoting my link but they handle affiliate reporting on google sheets and manual updates.

Pros

I like how can integrate with hubspot and how easy is to use

Cons

Is funtionallity limit, good for novice but is looking for full crm features this is not for you.

LeadConnect helps by automating and at the same time personalizing strategic LinkedIn interactions while allows you to stay on track with other daily company stuff.

Pros

I like the feature that facilitates personalized connection requests on LinkedIn. In a daily work of recruiter if you want to be close to a talent then you need to connect with fellow recruiters out there, LeadConnect does it for you, amazing time saver!

Cons

Till now I did not find any disadvantages.

I was able to secure 8 appointments in only 3 days on this software. It gave me the time to do more targeted calling. I love it!

Pros

This software was the best thing I’ve found! My LinkedIn activity has increased a whopping 487%! I get meetings each and every week. It does the grunt work to allow me more time to be in front of clients actively selling. I love it!

Cons

I found it a little confusing to set up initially, but the service team was very helpful.

LeadConnect helps us to make a normally outbound sales process become an inbound sport. Rep and his team are responsive and the platform continues to extend its functionality.

Pros

Ease of use - we were setup within a few minutes Effectiveness of the strategy

Cons

It is not a fully baked platform because they keep adding new features. Sometimes they don't work. BUT, rep and his team do an awesome job of communicating and making quick fixes.

LeadConnect is great I can reach out to more people on LI and grow my network without having to do too much.

Pros

I like that you can set it up and it works in the background. It saves me lots of time instead of going through LI profiles manually one by one

Cons

I noticed LeadConnect doesn't connect to everyone in the sequence but not sure why, a couple of times I have had to do the same sequence to get the missed people.

Pros

auto-connection and follow up message. Over all good for network connection.

Cons

Refund process is hopeless, it is TRULY not AUTOMATED. as customer I had difficulty in cancellation (although support is requested in advance) still I have been Charged. Here I have been charged - amount refunded is got it back after followup - but i have lossed money , taxes which is paid on charged amount.

It really replicates human behaviour in sending our invitations. In doing that, it doesn't "feel" like a bot :-)

Pros

Easiness of set up. It automates what, previously, I was already doing manually.

Cons

I would add sequential numbers to the steps to follow: i.e. 1 - Name 2 - Define Target Audience 3 - Messages in order to make more clear, and error-proof, what the user has to define and in which sequence.

LC is a huge time saver. Overall my experience has been extremely positive.

Pros

LeadConnect is easy to use. It is especially powerful when coupled with Sales Navigator to narrow search.

Cons

So far every competitor of this tool appears to be just a reskined version. There are no differences. It seems like someone sold their code/UI to all the players. I'd love a more robust tool.
