Pros

Set it and go. The reporting and dashboard are user friendly as well as tracking responses.

Cons

I have to keep resetting the URL when I know there are still many more prospects.

Pros

I didn't find any other software that do the same LinkedIn automation.

Cons

There are a lot of funcionalities that could be improved, like remove people in blacklist easier, conditionals on follow up and etc.

Pros

It is easy to set up and quite intuitive to work with. It also makes contacting leads less tidious

Cons

You can only use Search-URLs and not Lists. Also you need a workaround to exclude leads you want to exclude. If you use LeadConnetct with multiple PCs you cannot only control the sequences you started from every PC.

Ease of use and ability to out prospecting on autopilot

Cons

There are some small things where I had issues with a campaign hitting an error but have found they have been easily rectified with direction from support.

Pros

Simply put, the product does exactly what it says. As someone who spends a lot of time reaching out to prospects, I was spending hours every week doing things that this software can enable in minutes. This includes connecting and messaging.

Cons

It can be difficult to understand what specific actions are or will be taking place. I had to reach out to their team a few times to understand when and how messages would be going out.

Pros

It was a very simple set up. Straight forward. I’d probably use it again.

Cons

Certain options I couldn’t easy fix, I’d have to reset the whole automation sequence.

Pros

I like that there is a way to automatically text and add contacts from LinkedIn. It was one of the first tools I got to know and therefore I stayed.

Cons

Low efforts on user experience. Design, usage and connections don't show any effort for improvements. Looking at the price, I would have expected more upcoming features and changes.
