It doesn't look boring or too corporate, but clean and professional. Their dashboard is pretty good. Things are easy to find, and it gives some easy insights in how my business is running, based on my invoices. From the point of registering to creating my first invoice, I spent a few short minutes and I was already sending my client their invoice. Everything is so intuitive and easy to learn. Pages and features are structured so well that I felt like I've been using it for a long time. Never once felt like it was my first time. There are quick tutorials on each page so I never felt lost. Customer care, or Customer Care Champions : ) as they like to call themselves, are amazing. They are always a chat away and always quick with an answer. I am really amazed at how fast they respond. I've used various apps to manage my small business and I have to say that Invoice Station checks all the boxes. Some of the features I cannot live without are: - Create new clients as I am creating a new invoice - Add new services right from the New Invoice page - Add discounts on service line (other apps make this part hard!) - Save some other defaults (like: Client notes on Invoice, Email template) - Adding payments for each invoice - Seeing from a single dashboard which Invoices are paid in full and which have an outstanding balance - You can see when a client has viewed your Email - Edit the Invoice and see when you've edited it - Easily Print invoices or Save them as PDF - Quickly Email Invoices to your Clients - Record Expenses - Register Vendors and include them on the Expense Cons There are really no major pitfalls that I can remember to point out. Maybe services can be separated into products as well, so it's easier to manage my stock. But, it's an Invoicing software and not a full blown accounting just yet.
