Awful. I did a Zoom meeting to get the exact changes I should make on my privacy policy and it failed because the Sakari reps are clueless about what need to be done for compliance.

Cons

I've been getting bad support as a new customer for six weeks. Each time a rep tells me what to change on my website to get approved, I do it, and then it gets rejected.

Pretty disappointing experience.

Cons

You can't view the history of SMS texts sent. You can't even see what's going on. It has a bunch of kind of random features.

Pros

\- Quick to set up and seamless with Hubspot.

Cons

\- Horrible customer service - I made an inquiry and they can't even reply to my questions. I have paid for lots of SMS that have never been delivered which is more than a pity. - Not reliable at all and can't talk with a human over the phone or chat , they took more than 1 week to answer and did not even reply to my questions. Overall , I don't recommend them at any point.

HORRIBLE customer service from this team. I have signed up for a $16 plan to text it out. I only have less than 500 contacts which the plan can handle. I set up a campaign and they forced me to upgrade to the $90 plan. I know for a fact that I only have less than 500 contacts and that the beginner one can handle. The next thing I know is that I got billed for $90 on top of the $16 plan. I contacted the customer support team and got a response initially that they cant handle it. I sent a guy named \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] numerous screenshots that I had been billed twice but heard nothing from him. I know we're here to sell something but this is just ridiculous. Daylight robbery for sure. I'm not the type of guy who goes around and gives out negative reviews but this is well deserved. I would have given this team negative score as it fits.

It sends out bulk sms as advertised.....

Cons

I tried sending an SMS to my voip number but it has a toll free number on it instead of my number which made the clients uncomfortable and I would've felt like it was a scam from my point of view. There's also no way for you to get rid of the STOP message at the end of your SMS which diminishes the response rate TREMENDOUSLY! HORRIBLE!

Pros

The best things about sakari are the personalized the personalized tokens for their names and the dozens of templates we've been able to make to fire off a response to address the users' tech challenge in no time at all. We also use it for mass texting but we have to utilize the hub spot workflows in order to do so which is a little tedious.

Cons

The only cones are due to our hubspot integration and not due to Sakari itself

We have recently Shifted base to Hubspot and were on the lookout for a good SMS service provider and we came across Sakari. The features and the integrations provided by them have been amazing and extremely helpful in our day-to-day operations. Not to mention but their support has been brilliant and they have a very considerate team! Definitely recommended!

Pros

Ease of Setup Ability to merge with Twilio Global outreach Auto SMS Workflow integrations Plans - according to specific usage And a ton of other features!

Cons

The UI/UX is at an early stage - but nevertheless, I are sure it's going to improve as time goes by

Great experience overall!

Pros

Super easy to implement and get started. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. When I had a question about linking to our Zendesk, my answer was resolved quite quickly as well!

Cons

I wasn’t sure how to add other users very easily.
