It's one of those rare tools that's both powerful and approachable. Pros The interface is intuitive enough that our team adopted it quickly without a heavy onboarding process. The features cover everything we need to manage space utilization across 20 offices worldwide the biggest time saver has been eliminating manual headcounts and workstation audits, which used to eat up significant time and were prone to error. It's worth noting that using WISP in a BPO environment was relatively new territory for them we weren't their typical client yet the platform and their team rose to the challenge. When we've had questions, customer support has been responsive and genuinely helpful. And for everything it delivers, the pricing is fair we've seen clear ROI in how much more efficiently we manage our real estate footprint. Cons Initial setup requires some patience, and fully taking advantage of all the features has a learning curve. Plan for some ramp-up time to get the most out of the platform. Also, the implementation process was straightforward, and the tool is easy to use. I also appreciate the onboarding and on-going technical support Wisp provides. Cons Nothing specific. The transition to Wisp has been a big change and provides more functionality. Our work has evolved and Wisp has helped us move beyond the capabilities of our previous tool. Pros What I like most about Wisp is how easy it is to view occupancy at the floor, building, and city levels. This significantly reduces the time required for capacity verification and decision-making when organizing employees within office spaces. It also provides clear visibility into available workstations, making space planning and allocation much more efficient. Cons One area of opportunity for Wisp would be greater integration with employee management systems, allowing workforce and seating data to remain synchronized and reducing manual updates. Additionally, more flexible and customizable reporting capabilities would help address specific business and client requirements more efficiently. Pros Wisp has given me an overview of our 55 locations and the control I needed to facilitate our growth and better manage our footprint as we continue to try and right size our footprint. Cons Given the safeguards of our network, we have yet been able to get desk reservations set up on mobile devices. This is not so much a WISP issue but a challenge with our industry to bring outside applications onto our network. We're able to easily run reports to check for vacant spaces, and can integrate the help of our IT team to prep a new space. The customization was far past what I imagined and I'm extremely happy to have this tool on hand. Pros Wisp is easy to use and very intuitive. I can easily access any floor plan and make changes in a matter of seconds. Additionally, every person I've worked with on the Wisp team has been extremely kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Cons Occasionally I have to refresh a page to fully load, but that's typically only 1-2 times per month. I have no other complaints about this product. I have not used any other tool to compare with, but I have always been a satisfied customer. The constant improvement of Wisp and added features over the years have been fantastic. The customer service team is excellent to work with. We are constantly finding new ways to use Wisp to improve our business. Pros Wisp features are geared towards information that a company will want to track and report on for their portfolio. Seeing boundaries of business units on floorplans as well as downloading ready-made reports to track SF's, Occupancy, Vacancy from building to floor level detail has been the most common & useful information provided to our users. From an Administrator point of view, there are so many more features and data points that we use and track. The tool is easy to use and it is integrated into other company systems. Cons One of our offices was using a stacking feature that was removed recently, but hopefully Wisp will bring it back in the future. Other than that, there is nothing I would consider a con. Cons The recently introduced reservation module is rudimentary and not consistent with the overall software. Hoping they will improve and expand this functionality soon.
