Overall: I have been using this product for years. It's a great tool to leave with a new seller and also makes a nice buyers packet.
Pros: Quick and easy to use. Listing Presentation can be done in 10 minutes.
Cons: I wish the search engine pulled from the auditor card and/or Zillow.

Pros: We have recently incorporated MoxiWorks and MoxiImpress into our company. In just a few days I have been able to create custom property flyers for open houses, new listings, under contract flyers. It is so easy and the best part is that it pulls information from your local multiple listing service. It's fast, easy and looks great! My agents are very happy with the print material so far!
Cons: As with any new product, there is a learning curve. MoxiImpress offers many helpful video tutorials to walk you through the process. I believe having MoxiImpress will set up apart from our competitors.
