The platform did not deliver on what was promised during the sales process, and once under contract the level of support and responsiveness dropped off significantly. The software felt outdated, overpriced, and poorly aligned with how modern real estate businesses operate. To make matters worse, after being told I would be released from the agreement, the remaining balance was still sent to collections. That experience alone made it clear this is not a company I would trust with my business again. Pros The only positive was that the contract eventually ended. Beyond that, there was nothing about the CMA platform that stood out as better than competing tools. Most features felt dated or underdeveloped. Cons The CMA tool was clunky, visually outdated, and didn’t provide meaningful insights that would strengthen a listing presentation. The templates looked old, customization was extremely limited, and the platform felt slow and behind the times. For the price, the value simply wasn’t there. In just a few days I have been able to create custom property flyers for open houses, new listings, under contract flyers. It is so easy and the best part is that it pulls information from your local multiple listing service. It's fast, easy and looks great! My agents are very happy with the print material so far! Cons As with any new product, there is a learning curve. MoxiImpress offers many helpful video tutorials to walk you through the process. I believe having MoxiImpress will set up apart from our competitors. It's a great tool to leave with a new seller and also makes a nice buyers packet. Pros Quick and easy to use. Listing Presentation can be done in 10 minutes.
