We don't look to it as our go-to tool for Organic research, but it has come in has for certain use cases. Pros The customer service and support team are great. They offer hands-on training with you on a monthly basis. There is a bit of a learning curve as there are with many platforms. There are also some features like average position that aren't able on other platforms. Cons Automated and custom reporting features could be improved. Also, there aren't enough customizable views for reports ( bar charts pie etc. I feel as if reports are very bland and I have to export and customize reports myself. This is something we didn't expect to be as strong but it's been a huge plus from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] Pros Ad copy visibility helps greatly with competitor analysis and competitor strategy (based on strength of copy/offers). Visuals are a strength of the product to understand at a snapshot who is active in the action and their respective trends. Cons Sometimes feel that applying filters or going more granular can result in the data not being as great visually. Unsure what to suggest in terms of layout but this is something I feel could be improved.
