In the end, we ended up terminating our contract with TravelContact and started working with another program that works much better than us.

Pros

I thought the client management and supplier management was the best part of the program. I really liked all of the info that could be stored on each.

Cons

Cumbersome to use, not super intuitive, couldn't integrate it with Flywire which was our payment processer, it look a long time to get answers from anyone in customer service about this. I also didn't like that you could only push the itinerary over to Umapped once, and you couldn't push the Umapped itineraries over to TC. We often design the itineraries first, and then price it afterwards. So the order of processes didn't work for us.
