I was able to navigate quite easily on my own, but when I did have a question, support quickly responded. Pros RealOffice360 has been super easy to navigate. I was easily able to upload my contact lists, set up my pipeline, track my transactions, and sync my daily tasks with my Google calendar, allowing me to receive notifications of tasks I need to complete. Cons I wish that I was able to add prospecting tasks to a large group of contacts at the same time rather than individually. Pros The interface is simple and easy to use. Most features are intuitive and allow for quick implementation. Cons At heart, this is a database interface. The marketing of the product comes down to offering features, but restricting access. At one time unlimited "opportunity" tabs were available on a basic subscription. Now, even the top tier subscription limits the opportunities to what I would consider a bare minimum for an active realtor. June 23, 2021 5.0 The entire involvement in RealOffice360 is remarkable; it's instinctive, keeps me engaged, incredible responsiveness from the care group, and just that it is so smooth to utilize. It's anything but's a colleague wherever I go. Generally, this instrument keeps me responsible to my business. Pros This has been the best CRM that I've attempted so far and it's really moderate! It's incredibly simple to utilize, easy to understand, and has an extraordinary dashboard. In particular, it assists with keeping me coordinated and keep in contact with my customers. As one who fears long haul responsibility, this is cash all around spent particularly as I'm getting into the propensity for utilizing it's anything but a predictable premise. May 9, 2024 5.0 Pros I started using RealOffice360 after a friend told me they looked into every CRM and this one was very user friendly and specific to real estate deals. She was absolutely right. I love how you can track your deals and sort clients with different tags, or in your pipeline. It makes keeping track of my deals and certain dates very easy. The big reason why I continue to use RealOffice360 is the affordable pricing compared to other CRM's and the very quick customer service. I highly recommend this platform to my colleagues to operate business smoothly. Cons I definitely don't use the entire system to it's maximum capability yet, however as a surface level user, I do wish that you would stay logged into the app (similar to a Facebook account) instead of having to sign in every single time. Or at least allow the app to save the sign in information so that we can just click 'log in.' Additionally, when looking at a contact, I wish you could just hit 'next' to go to the next one in order instead of having to go back and click the next client. The RO philosophy then directs you towards a specific clientele goal to have within your managed database. -- B2B Partnerships -- Within the platform, you will be able to connect to the MLS statistics for easy to download images of macro & micro markets. There are also partnerships with website developers & mass email marketing agencies, such as Mail Chimp. -- Blue Ocean Strategy -- Once you've gotten an understanding behind how RO was founded, you'll soon realize the powerful Blue Ocean Strategy behind the brand. So long as you're able to stay disciplined and execute on the strategy. Cons \-- Self Customization Required -- This gripe is also a pro, as all CRM's aren't made equal and often I've found the need to customize the system to fit my own needs. When decided the 'process' by which you take each client through, RO has a templated check point system. However this will surely require your own customization. -- No Mass Communication -- Unlike newer CRMs that are beginning to come up. The ability to mass communicate with your database through multiple avenues (text, email, voice mail) isn't available. I can use it to print out Avery labels for my monthly mailers with ease. Remembering a friend's significant event or thought can be easily recorded. They have implemented many of the features I have desired for a while. Email sending is very easy with email integration tool and custom templates. Cons I do not like that the app is slow. If the app could be better optimized I would be estatic. Only to find myself spending hours learning the system was too complicated for my needs. Cons I haven't really looked into mass email campaigns but I think some people might like to have that feature...I do think there is integration with MailChimp maybe. I'm not techy but I am a prospector and I can't survive without a good database. It's practical and does everything I need it to do. Stores info, alerts me to tasks and duties, and gives me a great pipeline tool. Pros It was simple, meant for Real Estate and had a great visual for the pipeline. I can work that list easily as deals or opportunities change. Cons It would be nice to have a place to put someone Town/City etc if you don't have their formal address. If I meet someone quickly, maybe from out of town, and all I know is he's from the Detroit area, I want to note that right under where email is. It is a great platform, and I highly recommend it. Pros This is a GREAT CRM...easy to use and easy to navigate. And it's a great price. It is the perfect solution for folks first getting started with a CRM. Very intuitive. Cons I did the free trial and enjoyed the experience. Ultimately, I did not choose this CRM, and here's why. I am a high performing Realtor, with a team, with a lot of different lead sources coming in. I chose a system specific for real estate that would funnel the streams coming in to the appropriate team member. This company does take suggested features often which is nice to know they are listening to those who use the program. I look forward to future releases with more bells and whistles. Pros I've tried a number of different CRMs but found Real Office 360 was the most comprehensive CRM where I didn't need another program to manage another part of my business. The client contact features everything I want, I like the follow up and tracking tools, and really love the opportunity tracker. The opportunity dashboard is my go-to screen to start and end my day and keeps me organized and on top of all active client files. Cons I'm waiting for more developments to the professionals section - I'd like to track professional details the same way I track clients, as referrals from other business professionals is a large part of my business. Pros What I love most about Real Office 360 is the ease of setting the system up. It's so intuitive for even the most novice computer users. I have the premium level mainly for the transaction tracker. I'm able to track my pipeline and my current business with my own customized checklists. The reminders tools are amazing at keeping me on time/task for connections as well as my transactions. I've been using a system like "numberal" for years. Now I have a way to track it all so much easier. Everything for your connections is right here in this system!!! Cons I've had trouble setting up my mailchimp account with RO 360. The 360 support team has been great working with me. It seems to be a mailchimp issue. Hoping that when I set up a new account with mailchimp, the API key will sync and I can get full access to the RO 360 toolbox. Reason for choosing RealOffice360 Cost was a big factor. Cons I downloaded the app but it doesn't really work good for me, I can not get to the notes from it and it frustrates me because I have important notes that I need to read on the go. Customer service is impeccable and I look forward to continued use. Pros Visually it is very easy to use on my laptop. I enjoy the ability to drag and drop when organizing. I like the ability to input contacts seamlessly and it is an easy way to keep track of my sales. Cons Honestly, I wish the app were more user friendly. Many times we, as Realtors, are away from our computers and our smart phone is the only way for us to look up the information we need. I find the to be 50% of the quality that the desktop version provides. It's easy to use. Now, I can spend more time on marketing and sales. Pros I have tried multiple CRM such as ZOHOCRM, HUBSPOT and BITRIX24 and none suit my needs for real estate agent. RealOffice is the choice for real estate agent as it has all the functionality and featured ready for use and tailor made for real estate agent. I would have save a lot of times if I have found out real office earlier. Cons It will be good if there is a multiple select or select all to execute an action to selected group of contact. Cons Office 360 is all I have ever used, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but, that being said, I have no complaints. It meets all of my needs.
