Currently trying to strongarm and force me into a 2nd year after complaining about pricing. ignored , they are rude poor customer service with the whole process only to continue charging me so I had to contact my bank for stop payment.

Pros

The platform is not bad and pretty simple to use after youve gotten training. I have nothing really good to say besides that.

Cons

cost , customer service . They make you sign up for contract ( no one else does this ) i was reluctant but convinced only to be burned after the year currently almost 800 dollars in fraudulent charges after my contract was up and i canceled through email with acknowledgement

So far we have had a great experience with SingleOps. From the first phone call to graduating from onboarding. I appreciate that time is given to learn the system and the help that seems to always be available.

Pros

We haven't been using it for long, but I can say the onboarding process is phenomenal. From the initial phone call with \[sensitive content hidden\] to see if SingleOps would be a good fit for our business and then getting to work with \[sensitive content hidden\] learning the system. I really loved that she laid out expectations every time we met and would also send a follow up email reviewing what we had discussed along with links for additional help if needed. She also add my "homework" for the next visit which was very helpful for me. It has smoothed out our overall operations and communication between the office, estimators and the crew. I really like that we can all have most of the same information for jobs, and clients and we can all have it from one website and not have to use a bunch of different apps.

Cons

I do find just the over all look of SingleOps to be a bit busy and overwhelming, but I am getting used to it. I also wish there was a better report for reporting employee times for the book keeper.

Great system, very excited to get using it every day, and changing over from our current system. I love all the online tools, the reports and actual people helping when there are questions.

Pros

One on one onboarding, and follow up, the system is great with the capacity to hold information and keep things organized

Cons

Some of the functions could be updated to be more user friendly, but they seem to be constantly improving the system to make it the best it can be

Terrible. I have had to go through and add an \* to all of my vendors and now I have to do it again. Why am I paying for a program that causes me double work?

Pros

There is nothing that I like about the program. It is very expensive for a software that I can't use it because it won't sync to QuickBooks.

Cons

I have nothing but problems with SingleOps syncing to QuickBooks. I have worked with the support team for at least 6 months and the same issue keeps happening. I can't even use the program. Unfortunately my subscription automatically renewed at the end of June and SingleOps won't cancel it until 2026. So basically I have a preverbal paperweight that I am paying for monthly.

Because I used it before with no issues. I don't know what has changed but as far as I am concerned this software is garbage.

Overall I don’t like the service. It is cumbersome and unintuitive. The systems seem to make you take more steps to accomplish something that is simple like requesting deposits. We started with them and told singleops we needed high ACH limits and immediately we ran into problems with them limiting our transactions which lost us a reoccurring customer. They will make you sign a year contract and there is no way out of it. Field pulse does 2x as much for 1/2 the cost.

Pros

Customer support is helpful when they can help,

Cons

The communication/syncing with Quickbooks is terrible, the reoccurring invoices are not automatic, they populate and you still have to manually send them, you can’t create stand alone invoices you have to create an estimate and convert it to an invoice. The dashboard shows you nothing helpful. It tells you how many emails you sent? Who cares I want to see unpaid invoices and status of estimates.

Our onboarding guide, Ian, was extremely patient and helpful through the process. Everything is looking fantastic so far.

Pros

Ease of use with everything just a few clicks away. You can quickly find what you are looking for and easily update and make changes to your files.

Cons

When I type in a search word and the results are displayed, once I choose a result and then go back to the search the word I searched is no longer in the search window or you are directed back to the top of a 100 item results page. Very frustrating.

So far so good. They are very professional and on point! You are not left to yourself. They have a plan and they walk you through it. I have finished our onboarding and now we are set up with a customer success rep, while still having support available when we need it. I am impressed with the organization.

Pros

The onboarding process is very thorough and professional. The platform was intimidating at first, but the more we use it, the more we understand it and see its benefits.

Cons

Due to its complexity (which is a good thing and part of why we chose it), there is a lot more to learn. The other software we used was simpler and they seemed to do more of the set up for us, but I am not sure that was a good thing. I am referring to linking to quickbooks and the payment processor. You have more options with SingleOps, but then that means there is more to understand.

Reasons for choosing SingleOps

Plant Health Care, the rep that we spoke to was friendly and followed up with us, and we liked the thoroughness of it. It was geared toward tree care, so we chose it over Jobber and the Arborgold Rep was not friendly and both my husband and I agreed we didn't want to work with him.

It's been a major upgrade from our old platform. The support we receive from \[sensitive content hidden\] and the entire team is a big plus. They are very responsive.

Pros

Ease of use, intuitive, customizable to our needs.

Cons

Not all our data migrated over exactly the way we would have liked it to from our old platform.
