Pros It saves me so much time, it allows the estimators to do estimates right form their devices in the field instead of texting me and having me type them up. We actually tried Servsuite first, and SingleOps is hands down a better company and software program! Cons The only con I can find is length to fix glitches only because we use it all day long, but they ALWAYS fix the problem. Also glitches are so far and few between its not a big deal. Switched from [FieldRoutes](https://www.capterra.com/p/146076/FieldRoutes/) Servsuite was difficult to set up, use, they took months and we hadnt even used it at all over a month past deadline they gave to have ready to go. Pros We can now produce consistently priced proposals repeatedly and efficiently Cons Glitchy and some non logical pieces need to be improved. A purchase order that can show the materials included on a proposal without having to re enter them. Reason for choosing SingleOps The closest fit to our needs and a pricing model that made sense. Pros Overall functionality is great, the ability to tag trees and use the map function on each estimate is very helpful. Especially with large properties that have alot of trees. Cons Servers seem to be iffy sometimes and will randomly exit me out of the program. Pros SingleOps has brought all of my different processes into one centralized location. It has made a growing company much more efficient and able to keep up with all the day to day changes of running a business. Integrates so easily with Quickbooks. Cons The only downside to me is that it takes some intentional time and energy to switch from old processes to SingleOps. If you aren't ready to commit to the process it may be tough. Cons There are a few functionality features that could be resolved to improve efficiency, and certain terms could be renamed or explained more within the software so that people using it are sure they are clicking/changing what they want to within the software without having to click and guess. Cons It was absolutely horrible in the field. I’ve tried numerous times with me as well as my foreman to create estimates w a detailed map, spent countless hours doing so, all to have it crash and drain our devices batteries as we use the software. I’ve never ever experienced anything like this. Impressive at first glance, yet wierd experience in the field with lots of delays updating and a crash almost every time losing valuable info inputted.
