Terrible experience and a total waste of money

Pros

Marketing tools were easy to use like the Squeeze Page ads

Cons

The quality of leads are horrible..most leads have bad numbers and most don't add a number....bad email addresses also...

Too soon to tell, it seems to have a lot of excellent features. I'm open to learning and there is a lot of training available to help me make the transition to this new CRM.

Pros

It does help keep me aware of what is going on with my leads. Everything is coordinated and there are a lot of wonderful tools that I'm still learning how to use. I use it because my team leader has it however I was more familiar with the CRM our Brokerage has and liked it better.

Cons

That if I don't blog twice a month I get 'shut down". I also have had difficulty with kunversion staying connected to the correct gmail account so have to go to extreme measures to make sure my personal email account which is also a gmail account isn't where my email correspondence is sent from. That has been a problem causing a great deal of extra work on my part as I've had to copy and past those correspondences into kunversion.

Pros

The follow up with clients!! Makes it so easy either the automated will do it, or there are one that I can note and schedule calls. SOOOO EASY!

Cons

Trying to lead gen, figuring out landing pages etc.

### "The service is very poor"

I used different system, they all have phone support, but kunversion does not provide that. You have no account rep, no support. Everything you have schedule online. For newbie, they probably offer you one hour training. Then you have to wait a long time to schedule. I do not expect this kind of service. Now I want to discuss my ad campaign, I do not know who I shall talk with.

Pros

I think the system maybe will behind other system since poor service

Cons

I do not like the service. I do not think the service is what a quality company shall offer.

Makes lead followup so easy and consistent. LOVE having the back end analytics and notice from where the leads are sourced.

Pros

Easiest lead generation system I've used (3rd system) in my career. Great filters .

Cons

I prefer to contact leads by email first, since calling isn't best option due to time differences between when client is looking online and Hawaii.....would be rude to call in the middle of the night.

Pros

Ease of use and makes sense. Can do way more rha than what I had used it for so very robust.

Cons

Some of the auto campaigns had strong verbiage and I would have to go in and tweak it.

Frustrating and searching for another solution.

Pros

User interface is fairly simple to use...

Cons

No action plans. Can't alter campaign on one client without affecting other clients. Campaigns only go out 730 days and restrictive limits on what can be scheduled on what days. Limits on what day something can be scheduled. Why are you limiting me to emailing or texting on day 730 vs. 729??? Can't schedule more than one task on same day -- so I can't even send myself a reminder to do something if I have a task already scheduled. Rudimentary stuff, people.

The email icon on dashboard. Not sure why it's there. I should probably do a training module on that...lol

works for the most part except lead import issue...

Cons

will NOT import a lead to your system if it is already in some other platform in your market. That was a deal breaker for me as that happens a LOT in real estate... buyers submit multiple leads during their search...

Overall I like the software. Once you have watched all of the videos and understand how to use it, it can make your job much easier and keep you on track with each client. You just enter their information and the system takes care of the rest once you have set it up.

Pros

The way you can track a client and assign them to different people was great!

Cons

You need to watch a lot of videos to understand how to use it.

Can't think of much... I would have to say it is a little slow updating saved input sometimes, but that's it.

Positive. I have used it since the beginning of Plus.

Pros

Plain Kunversion was good, plus is better. The mobile app needs work though.

Cons

I would prefer to use the mobile app more but there are glitches that make you have to sign out and back into refresh or get back to where you were.

I really liked that it has a wide range of features that have already proven to have worked in my business. (i.e. Drip Campaign)

Cons

To be able to send a listing alert to 2 phones and 2 emails, for example for a couple.

Pros

The ability to set aspects of marketing and follow up on auto pilot is great. Saves time and increases productivity.

Cons

The mobile app is a bit underwhelming. The interface could be better optimized for mobile use. Seems like the app was an afterthought. In this day and age the Mobile app should take front seat. We use our devices way more than we use an actual desktop or pc. We are in the field quite a bit and need an app that has high functionality.
