It becomes frustrating when a file that I have been working on becomes unusable as it won't open and has become corrupted. Trying to recreate the file can become a nightmare. I searched the internet and found this product. I worked wonders on one particular project I was working on for about a week that became corrupted. It was able to repair/restore the file so that I could complete the assignment and not lose precious time recreating the lost work. Cons I have only had to use the product a couple of times, but it was worth it as it restored my files each time. I encountered no problems with the product.
