" March 28, 2026 5.0 Overall skimmer has made my life as a pool service pro much easier and I’m excited to see how it can help me scale my business to where I want it to be! Pros It makes my dad to day life as a pool service professional much easier. Takes the guess work out of everything and helps me keep good records. Helps you get paid faster! Cons The only thing I kinda dislike about skimmer is the pricing. I feel like it’s a little expensive, but not way too expensive. I would recommend to any pool pro trying to get organized Pros I love the organization. It keeps me organized with my schedule customer information and shopping list. I love that it’s able to produce reports. Cons It doesn’t have a calendar. I would love to see some sort of colander I can add stuff too. We do a lot of rental houses that require us to turn on and off the heater so I need to be able to keep a log of when and what pool to do it with. October 1, 2024 5.0 I have 350 clients, it was pure frustration trying to keep track of everything on paper. Skimmer has obviously put a lot of thought into the app and worked with Tech's in the field. Pros What's not to like? One of the best tools I use to run my business. Whenever I have a problem they're immediately responsive and very helpful. Pros Ease of use. Great customer service & tech help. My customers like the emails they're sent when I'm finished with pools. Billing is easy at it's most basic level. Cons Auto bill is confusing and I will be working on it soon with the stellar tech help. I can use it for invoicing, quoting, client communication, creating service routes, etc. It is a must have if you run a pool service business Cons The routes do not optimize like they should. I was slow to try and trust the app. Boy am I happy I jumped on board. I cant imagine Not having this awesome tool available to me. And now I don't have sticky notes everywhere :) Pros I love Skimmer for keeping me and the guys organized. But I really love their customer service. I have probably been Over Needy, yet they never flinched. Someone is Always there for me to answer my questions and find the best way Skimmer can work for my company.
