Pros This software is easy to set up, navigate through and hits most of the key elements needed to efficiently run your business and communicate with your customers. Cons So far everything has satisfied what was needed. The only thing that we hope comes to the platform sooner than later is the ability to send updates, service summaries, etc through the platform via txt. We have been told that this is on the road map for upgraded features. Say I have to start using a new item for my customers and I can’t add that price in until I get home. Since I’ve become a user the program has continued to develop for the better.
