Customer service is excellent and my questions are answered when I have called in. Pros Ease of use. It keeps me organized and my customers informed of what their pool readings for the week were as well as the services I performed that week. Cons The only con I have is the online billing percentage that the billing company keeps for credit card transactions. The ability to track product usage per customer has allowed me to make sure I never lose money by not charging for products I used at a customers house. In turn I make more money, and this is how Skimmer changed my life! Cons I’d like to be able to do the things I can do on my desktop on my mobile device.
