O serviço tem atendido bem às nossa necessidades a um preço justo. As ferramentas de aplicação e correção de provas e o suporte são bem efetivos e o sistema de aplicação de provas online tem permitido ao programa ampliar o alcance do seu processo seletivo para todo o país. Temos ficado satisfeitos com os serviços e pretendemos manter a parceria com a TestWe nos próximos anos.

Pros

O sistema de aplicação de provas remotas é versátil e seguro, há boas ferramentas de correção das provas e o atendimento à equipe de corretores é adequado.

Cons

O aplicativo não é compatível com alguns sistemas operacionais e o suporte aos candidatos tem algumas limitações

No geral é muito boa, as camadas de segurança são completas. Rafa e Roger sempre nos atendem muito bem e com gentileza.

Pros

As opções com camadas de segurança para aplicação dos testes são completas, o que é difícil de encontrar em outras plataformas.

Cons

O editor de textos poderia ser melhor, não há opção de MathType para fórmulas matemáticas. Nas alternativas também há restrições para uso dos textos o que nos fez procurar alternativas, mas texto completos nas alternativas facilitariam o cadastro das questões. O software exige recursos dos dispositivos dos usuários que muitas vezes acabam inviabilizando a execução dos testes.

Estamos muito satisfeitos com a parceria dessa empresa que já se estende por vários anos. A equipe é bastante competente.

Pros

É uma empresa muito confiável e sempre nos atendeu muito bem, com agilidade e responsabilidade. Com o uso dessa plataforma para aplicação de processos seletivos remotos pudemos ampliar nosso número de alunos e facilitar a realização das provas em outros locais, dentro e fora do país.

Cons

Não tivemos problemas com a empresa e com o uso da plataforma. A única questão que considero que poderia melhorar é a comunicação por telefone, geralmente usam mais e-mails e chats.

Pros

Facilidade de utilização e apoio técnico. Sempre que tenho uma dúvida a equipa de apoio dá sempre uma resposta em tempo útil.

Cons

Poucas funcionalidades para administração. Creio que poderia ter um interface mais completo para a gestão de disciplinas e utilizadores.
