It allows two types of backup which is the system daily backup and manual backup. So, we do not worry about accidently deleted articles at all. Cons While I love all of the features and the ease of use, there is a small bit of HTML writing that is needed from time to time. However, they do have a WYSIWYG version for help pages that can be utilized as well. Pros I really liked how easy it is to edit the knowledgebase, and it comes out as an interactive, searchable platform. They have regular, monthly updates and their support team is also very helpful.
