### "We feel our knowledge base is more secure with Document360"

Pros

1\. offers wonderful backup capability to make sure your knowledge base platform. 2. It allows two types of backup which is the system daily backup and manual backup. So, we do not worry about accidently deleted articles at all.

Cons

We are expecting that the multi-language capability to be released soon, as this is a feature we would like to see.

Pros

This product met all of our needs and their team was very easy to work with. Every time I ask them "can we do \_\_\_\_?" the setting or feature has been there.

Cons

While I love all of the features and the ease of use, there is a small bit of HTML writing that is needed from time to time. However, they do have a WYSIWYG version for help pages that can be utilized as well.

Pros

the product was user friendly and easy to create knowledgebases for product documentations. The mark-down editors built in functionality is straightforward to use.

Cons

The audio file insert for certain formats was not simple to use, I struggled. This was dealt with by the support team.

Pros

is a great platform for our digital book! We have had a great experience with the platform and the team so far!

Cons

We have not run into very many issues with Document 360. I would say the most difficult part was integrating with out membership database.

I would really recommend as a knowledgebase.

Pros

I really liked how easy it is to edit the knowledgebase, and it comes out as an interactive, searchable platform. They have regular, monthly updates and their support team is also very helpful.

Cons

There isn't anything that I specificaly didn't like.
